For this, 4 bedrooms with 12 beds, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms and 1 WC as well as the garden with barbecue area, firewood and bicycles are at your disposal. Your group has sole use of the entire house and property! If you need more space than 4 bedrooms/ 12 beds, you can book an additional living area with 2 bedrooms + bathroom for 50 euros/ night. Children from 3 years pay 15€ per night. The price includes VAT and all additional costs. From the 7th night we grant a 10% discount on the total price! Please bring your own bed linen and towels! Dishes and small guest towels are available. We are happy to rent out to groups with longer stays on public holidays and during the summer season The seminar room costs 30€ per day, if desired. |

We have rarely had such a great house with such great equipment. The house is great, well maintained and actually equipped in all things for 12 people. The location is beautiful and the garden is great! Lots of things to use! The booking is uncomplicated and our needs were completely taken care of! Thank you very much for a wonderful time!

Family weekend
We spent a weekend with the family (4 children, 6 adults) at Seminarhaus Schorfheide and were thrilled. You immediately feel at home in this house, it is very tastefully, comfortably and practically furnished and very clean. The kitchen equipment is remarkable, everything you need is plentiful, in very good condition and available where you expect it. The courtyard is wonderfully cosy with a fireplace that conjured up a very special atmosphere for us. The place is quiet and beautiful, the residents are friendly and you can discover and do a lot.

Great house in a quiet environment
The house is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a long weekend. The cozy garden invites you to barbecue or gather around the fire pit in the evening.
Within walking distance is a small beach that invites you to swim or do SUP on the lake.
With a bike, you can explore many small towns in the area as well as Lake Werbellin.
Highly recommended!

The perfect house in the Schorfheide.
We were looking for a domicile with at least 6 bedrooms and decided on the seminar house. We were greeted very kindly and spent a nice time in the house and garden. Everything was very clean and cozy, very beautifully furnished. All appliances worked perfectly. There is plenty of dishes and so on available. The nicest room has a view of the stork's nest!
The surrounding area is also recommended, Grimnitz and Werbellinsee do not need to be explained for sure, a trip to the Niederfinow ship lift is also worth it. In Althüttendorf there is a long-established butcher with great service, here you can also get bread rolls & cake as well as various groceries.
Conclusion: We are very satisfied and thank you very much!

Tolle Unterkunft für Gruppen!
Dieses Haus und die Umgebung sind perfekt um mal raus zu kommen. Wir haben tagsüber fast nur den Garten genutzt, weil er alles geboten hat und sehr schön gestaltet ist. Unweit entfernt ist eine tolle Badestelle und der Ort an sich ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Zimmer und Unterkunft an sich haben alles geboten was man braucht, man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
