Dear guests, I have known Schillig, with its beautiful beach and healthy air, for over 40 years now. But we never get bored relaxing here, even when the weather is wet and stormy, as the surrounding area has many interesting things to offer. Business-oriented people are interested in the Jade Weser Port and the Meyer shipyard in Papenburg. Culture and shopping enthusiasts enjoy the cosy cafes and decorated shops in Jever, Wilhelmshaven and Oldenburg. North Sea freaks experience a Frisian tea ceremony and stroll along the harbour villages or roam barefoot through the small dunes at Schilliger Strand. Our North Sea holiday home is intended to be an oasis of peace and relaxation for you. Our greatest wish is that you feel comfortable and that we can say during our visits to the house: Yes, it is right that so many people can enjoy our cottage.
