This apartment was very dirty and is not suitable for 9 people (2 people sleep in the entrance area on a damp couch). We had to order the cleaning service again, but the stair railing is very sticky. In the attic, the beds are very impractical. The air conditioning only worked properly after the caretaker came twice. The refrigerator has cracks in front of the vegetable compartment, as if someone had worked with an axe there. Dishes no longer available for 9 people and Agenzia MC does not offer a toaster. Dishwasher worked great, but the washing machine did not drain the water (lint filter cleaned). The pool area is wonderful and we all really liked it.

Good day, my wife and I were on vacation in Bibione, which we booked through your travel agency. Since we are your new customers and you might want to know how satisfied we were with the accommodation, I am writing to you. As for our accommodation, my wife and I must say that we were very satisfied. The furniture in the apartment is probably brand new, or at least like new. It is neither scratched nor worn, and the colors are pleasant. The same applies to the bathroom, which makes a pleasant impression. Everything worked perfectly, including the drainage of the sink and shower. This has happened to us in other vacations sometimes, that the water did not drain. The kitchen equipment for preparing meals was sufficient according to my wife, who cooks. However, what we missed was a kettle for heating water and for making tea or coffee. We had to use a pot to heat the water, which is not practical at all and is especially dangerous when handling the pot while pouring coffee/tea, as one can get scalded. If acquiring a kettle is not possible, at least a metal kettle for heating water would have been sufficient. The cleaning devices were also sufficient, only a small broom was missing, which would have made it easier to clean with a small dustpan than with a large broom. Otherwise, it was quiet there, I mean at night, when no noise could be heard after 11 PM, and I can say that almost everyone there was already sleeping or was in the city and came home quietly. I read somewhere, I don't know if it was in your instructions, that there should be quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM. Once, on July 14, I took advantage of it when loud people were on the balcony in the opposite house after 11 PM and even played cards. After my warning, they calmed down, dispersed within half an hour, and went to sleep. If it is quiet at night from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, it might not be a bad idea if this were posted at the entrance door of the house. I have already experienced people who thought they could do whatever they wanted at night during their vacation and for as long as they wanted, regardless of the surroundings. The good thing was that we had an apartment on the top third floor, where no one was above us and possibly did not disturb us with stomping. I wrote to you that we only have a one-room apartment and both are loud when sleeping and are afraid of not getting enough sleep. So that has not come true, because I believe the sea air has cleaned our airways so well that we both slept almost silently. We have been to Bibione several times and have been going there for about 30 years, I believe also with our children when they were still small, and we can say that we have always been satisfied and hope that this will remain the case in the future. I don't know what your system looks like and when the sale of stays for 2026 begins, whether at the end of 2025 or the beginning of 2026. However, if you think of us and send us offers for Bibione and the surrounding area, we might choose to stay with your travel agency again. Minus points for the furniture and tiles (70 `s years). Could do with updating.
