The agents were very nice and made a very good impression
The villa, to be honest, had everything you need.
We arrived as a group (8 people).
From the room equipment to the kitchen and also for the associated "barbecue room" I'll call it, everything was there! Cleanliness grade 1
Total package: 1 without ifs and buts!
The villa is really remote, which played into our hands, because let's be honest, it was louder with a group like ours.

The object, the location, the price, the landlords and the comfort -> Top! Only to recommend!

Very beautiful and well maintained villa

The holiday home is in a very good and new condition. The landlords are very nice and helpful.
The camp of the villa is a bit secluded, which is quite handy when it gets a bit noisy.
The kitchen is fully equipped so we didn't miss anything.
All rooms and also the terrace were clean on arrival and everything looked very well maintained.

We would definitely recommend the villa.

Beautiful, new villa with a pool and garden.

We arrived as a 10-man group of young men in early September, and the landlords were already waiting for us on site. The key handover took place after a short 10-minute tour and payment of the remaining rental price and the deposit. Initially, we had some bad luck with the weather (lots of rain), but it didn't bother us much as we could always keep ourselves busy in our villa. However, after the first two rainy days, we had only sunny days, which made the beautiful pool perfect for water polo/water volleyball, etc.

The house is superbly equipped, so we didn't miss anything during our entire stay. The only thing that caused us some trouble was the dishwasher, as it sometimes only started the washing process after what felt like 100 times of turning it on and off. Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about. The rooms were all superbly equipped with their own TV and private toilet/shower and were well cleaned. The small, lovely grill room adjoining the living room was also frequently used for grilling Cevapcici or burgers, among other things.

The location was also perfect for us, as a large group of men can be a bit noisy. We had no direct neighbors nearby. The closest house is about 50 meters as the crow flies from the house. In between, there is another holiday home being built. To reach Vodnjan, where the nearest large supermarket is located, you need about 5-10 minutes by car. Pula is about 20 minutes away.

All in all, it was a great holiday in an almost perfect accommodation for us. Over the entire 10 days, apart from the dishwasher, there was nothing to complain about. The landlords also left a great impression. There were also no problems with the deposit at the end, which was handed to us in cash right before departure. Highly recommended!!!
