1 Holiday apartment or home for your holiday by the lake in East Bohemia

We were 6 people and a dog staying at the house for a week in April 2024.
The ground floor, after the entrance area, has a large pool room with a sauna, shower, and toilet. The room is always heated to 31 degrees and the pool to 29 degrees. Various rattan loungers are available. Different lighting options, including in the pool, can be set. Tiled with natural stone. High-quality wooden windows, and the terrace door leads to outdoor seating. The pool can be covered electrically for energy-saving purposes. Everything is super clean and very inviting. This room alone is worth the trip.
From the 1st floor, accessible via the wooden staircase, the main part of the house starts. A large kitchen-living room with a fireplace in the living room, where Santa Claus could comfortably fit through. Due to the old wooden furniture, everything looks quite rustic, which adds a certain charm. A large bathroom with a tub and shower, as well as 3 bedrooms, are also on this 1st floor. Opaque curtains ensure darkness at the many windows. Very good quality and cleanliness.
On the 2nd floor, again through the staircase, there is a separate apartment with a living-kitchen, living room with a billiard table, couch, and TV (tuned to German channels). A large bathroom again with a tub and a bedroom. In the 2nd floor, the stove is electric and on the 1st floor, it's gas. The WiFi also works great, and the speed is completely okay. Vodafone.cz worked well for connectivity on the go. Overall, a highly recommended house. A small shop with bread and essentials is within walking distance. Otherwise, supermarkets are about a 20-minute drive away. It is recommended to exchange crowns with the landlord and return the rest; do not try to pay with Euros.

We (a large family plus two dogs) stayed at the mountain pool house for vacation. Communication with Mr. Lepic before arrival was extremely uncomplicated. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and everything was explained and shown to us. The stay was more than relaxed and highly recommended. The cleanliness was perfect, including the option to order clean towels and bed linen for a small fee. The stay is definitely recommended! :-)

We have been guests in this beautiful holiday home several times now. Both in summer and winter, the location is perfect for activities.

You can ski to the slopes in 5 minutes and in summer you can start great hikes directly from the house.
From booking to the end of the holiday, the contact with the landlord is always great. The house itself lacks nothing. The large kitchen and the living room invite you to a cosy get-together. The many bedrooms also offer a place to retreat. In summer, you can barbecue on the terrace and have plenty of space. The pool room with sauna is a highlight for the whole family. The pool liner has just been renewed so that it now looks even more elegant and cosy. Thanks to its own double garage, a secure parking space is also provided.
