Clean accommodation. Very good welcome from the owners. We enjoyed buying cold cuts from them. Well-located accommodation. We did a lot of activities in the area. A blind for the kitchen skylight would be appreciated as the sun heats up during the day.

Very nice holiday home. Very clean and equipped with all conveniences. Really a recommendation. Quietly located on the edge of the village. Sufficient parking space. Nice hosts. Children can play in the garden. Guests can use the barbecue.

The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped to a simple standard. The landlords were very nice and left us a small gift at the beginning. That was very kind. What was negative for us is that you were always sitting in the dark. You couldn't really enjoy the view, and you always needed the lights on. The landlords could look into the apartment from all sides, as the garden, parking lot, etc., are logically all around it. The door from the basement to the owners above was also not lockable. When you went up the stairs outside, there was a small piece of terrace with a table, chairs, and a grill. Unfortunately, there was no possibility to lie down and relax in the garden in the evenings, as it was not available to us. Overall, the price-performance ratio was right, and the landlords were really very nice. Those who don't spend much time in the apartment and are always on the go won't be bothered by it. :) For us, it will again be a holiday house and not a holiday apartment. The place itself is also very nice, and from there, you can easily get away and have many options for activities (e.g., Stuibenfall/ Ötzidorf/ Rosengartenschlucht, etc.).
