This hotel was a Priceline express deal, I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but honestly, it’s not a 4-star hotel, That said, my daughter and I had a fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, We were in what I think was a handicap room on the 9th floor, which had plenty of space for my daughter and all our clothes and makeup scattered everywhere! I can’t speak for the other rooms, but we were really happy with ours, After a long day of exploring, it felt great to come back to our cozy little space, There are two elevators, and while they are a bit tight, they did the job just fine, Don’t miss the chocolate blackout cake at the Serendipity cafe in the lobby! Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again because the location and price are hard to beat, Plus, my $500 deposit was returned on the same day we checked out,

4* OYO, you're truly On Your Own, There's typically just one person at the front desk, They do daily housekeeping to keep your room clean and tidy, plus fresh towels, which is nice, There's also a DND sign if you need some privacy, They've refurbished the downstairs area, so the rooms have a bit of a mismatch right now, But honestly, you're just here to sleep, The bed is comfy and spotless, You get a safe, an ironing board, and an iron in the room, There's no small kitchenette for hot drinks, but you're in MY, where coffee shops are everywhere, Our view was just of a wall,

We spent the weekend here and it was absolutely fantastic, The rooms were spotless, the lobby beautifully decorated, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, We asked for a fridge and microwave, and they arrived in our room before we even made it upstairs, Maria at the front desk is amazing
