Affordable small holiday townhouse directly by the sea - Ideal for everyone who wants a beach holiday.

We booked the vacation house in December for our summer holiday. We were two adults and one child, 9 years old. The vacation townhouse is perfect for one adult, not too big, with two children.

In advance, even though we had no problems ourselves: We recommend that anyone who books has everything confirmed in writing. It's best to do this via email and clarify shortly before the trip whether you are indeed scheduled for the planned period. This way, you can avoid problems. The landlord speaks good German and is helpful, but also seems quite disorganized.

The location is perfect. You are right on the Baltic Sea. The view is blocked by the small protective forest, but you could hear the sound of the sea.

The accommodation has a nice large parking lot, one for each of the four units. The furnishings have everything you need, even if a few things are missing, but nothing major. The two bathrooms are nice, although not very large, but they have showers. There was also a washing machine, which we liked very much. There is one large and one small balcony. Each unit has a small garden area with a bench and table, as well as the possibility for grilling and hanging out laundry. Unfortunately, there are no loungers for relaxing; that is really missing.

The place is very busy in the summer because everyone wants to go to the beach and pass through the property. Unfortunately, there is no privacy screen, which restricts privacy. There was a grill, but it was completely rusted. Very difficult to use.

The furnishings were adequately large. Everything was more suited for small people. The double bed, measuring 200x150, was borderline for two people, although it was much sturdier than expected. The equipment was spartan, and the furnishings were partially damaged. Doors, moldings, drawers, lamps. In the bedroom, a roller blind falls. There are also games missing in the house. In general, we would have wished for more information. The landlord's daughter runs a good restaurant.
