5 Holiday apartments & homes for a holiday with pool in Hellendoorn

We booked there because there was supposed to be a pool; upon arrival, we found out that there is no pool. Then the house was not properly heated even though they knew a small child was traveling with us; the bedrooms were much too small. I think no more than 4 people should be in the house if you want space. Then there were damages in the house that seem to have existed for a while, a broken bedroom door, heating in the bathroom patched with tape, very strange. Charging extra money for the children's chair is quite strange; I think that should be part of the good standard. For this reason, all 6 of us left much earlier than planned. Due to the mistakes, I have already applied for a travel reduction according to the Frankfurt table, setting a deadline until 15.01.2026; otherwise, I will take further steps. This house was an imposition for 6 people plus a small child. So we will not book there again under any circumstances, as we have never had such a bad experience in Holland. The pool was extremely important, and it was confirmed to me in writing, as my little grandson is a little water rat. I hope you understand me and that we can come to an agreement. This place is a hidden treasure! The hosts were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the start. The house had charming decor, and the outdoor furniture made our evening meals delightful. I would return without hesitation.

We enjoyed our stay here, but it would be helpful to have clearer directions to the nearest supermarket. The house was well equipped, however, and we appreciated the outdoor furniture to relax in the afternoon.
