Arrival was good. Location of the apartment was fine! Nice view of the mountains. From the apartment a few beautiful and tough walks. Nice and quiet town with a great bakery and mini supermarket.

We had wonderful stay in Langenfeld. Host, Mrs. Helga what wery kind and helping. Nature and skiing experience was brilliant. BUT, the holiday home Should Have sauna as advetised by Bell Villa internet site. We had no sauna in apartment, and were very dissapointed by search foulse advertising.

Excellent base for walks in the Ötztal. Huben is small and quiet, with a mini M-Preis diagonally opposite the apartment. Larger supermarkets can be reached within 5-10 minutes by car.

There are plenty of walks from the apartment, for example to Längenfeld via the 'Hängebrücke' or via the 'Teufelskanzel'. Or straight up to the Feuersteinhütte. A walking map of the area is available from the Tourist Information in Längenfeld.

Apartment itself is fine. We stayed downstairs (apartment 'Edelweiss'), with a nice spacious terrace (with a kind of courtyard garden feeling, a bit wedged between other houses), where you can sit in the sun in September between 10:30 and 15:00. Or nice and sheltered from rain, under the balcony and the canopy above you. Apartment is spacious enough for 2 people, bathroom is fine, kitchen too, although the work space is limited.
