Apartment for 3-5 people:
The spacious holiday apartment "Rennsteig" is furnished for 4 people. It is located on the 1st floor and has 2 large bedrooms for 2 people each. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, this apartment has a living room, hallway, and bathroom. The lounge is furnished with a dining area, satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge-freezer, stove-oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, radio, and hairdryer are also available, as well as blackout curtains. We provide a basic supply of spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters for the coffee machine.
Board games and Wi-Fi are also available. You will find media libraries on the TV. There is space for a 1.40 m long children's bed in one of the bedrooms. Alternatively, you are welcome to combine this holiday apartment with the adjacent single room with shower/WC.

In summer, you can make yourself comfortable in the garden or play here with your children. We are also happy to provide a barbecue. Our holiday apartments are non-smoking apartments. There is a smoking area.
We lend various games, mountain bikes, and sleds. Bookworms big and small will surely find something interesting in the house library.

A local provider rents out alpine and cross-country skis for a fee. Zella-Mehlis is located at the foot of the Rennsteig in the Thuringian Forest.
Zella-Mehlis is on the Würzburg - Schweinfurt - Erfurt railway line. All trains stop in Zella-Mehlis. Green long-distance buses from the direction of Berlin, Leipzig, Hamburg, and Hanover in the north, as well as Munich, Karlsruhe, and Freiburg from the south, also stop at the station. This is about 500m from the Sonnenhof.
