Description
This extensively renovated non-smoking house with a size of 70 sqm has enough space for a family of four.
Through the welcoming hall with guest WC, you enter the spacious living/dining area with access to the south-facing terrace and the new modern kitchen.
The completely renovated parent/children's rooms and the bathroom are located on the upper floor.
Books and games ensure there is no room for boredom. A Blu-ray player including a selection of films, as well as Wi-Fi, complete our offer for both adults and children.
From mid-April to the end of September, a beach chair at the textile beach is available to you.
On our spacious terrace, garden furniture, a Weber charcoal grill, and a beach chair are available for your use.

At the idyllic Hooksmeer, extensive cycling/hiking trails and water sports such as sailing, water skiing, surfing, kite surfing, fishing, or pedal boating await you.
At the approximately 4 km long sandy/dune beach, nudists, water sports enthusiasts, and sun worshippers will be fully satisfied.

Great apartment in Hooksiel
We spent a wonderful weekend there. The apartment is top-notch and really beautifully furnished. The communication with the landlord via WhatsApp was very relaxed. Responses were quick... Since no one booked after us, we were also able to leave the apartment later without any hurry. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

Great short vacation
Dear Mrs. Bast,
thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your house. It is beautifully furnished, and we lacked for nothing. The location is also perfect, with a restaurant nearby, short distances to the town center, and a quick drive to the beach.
