The two cottages are adjacent and equal, in a rustic style with exposed beams.
Each has its own garden equipped with table chairs, sun beds, umbrella a few kilometers from San Gimignano.
Ideal place for those who love to spend their free time in the tranquility of the countryside in close contact with nature and with the most important artistic attractions in the area.
Each room consists of a bright living-dining room with access to the garden and a fully equipped kitchenette (4-burner stove, fridge, microwave oven, etc.)
Large bedroom with double bed also with access to the garden, bathroom with shower / WC and mezzanine with the second bedroom with two single beds or double bed.
We are in the heart of Tuscany a few km. from San Gimignano and Gambassi Terme where it passes the famous Via Francigena, a place of pilgrimage in search of spectacular and unspoiled landscapes can visit the Franciscan convent of San Vivaldo with its chapels is called "Little Jerusalem".

Fantastic short holiday in Tuscany
I booked this small villa at short notice for a Whitsun holiday with my 14-year-old godchild. I liked the pictures and the description of the house very much and it was exactly in the area around San Gimignano where we wanted to go
The house is exactly like the pictures here. Very tasteful, clean furnishings that really lacked nothing. The weather in June also cooperated - Tuscany shone in glorious sunshine. As June is still early season there, the overall complex was only sparsely occupied, it was very quiet, and plenty of space at all times by the pool, the picture of which here doesn't quite do it justice. The garden landscape around is beautifully landscaped and maintained, and the view over the rolling hills to the south-east like a panoramic postcard.
The distances from the house to the local sights are short: 11km to Gambassi Terme and San Gimignano, about 17km to Certaldo with its beautiful old town, about 40km to Siena and 80km to Florence (to Florence it is recommended to take the train from Certaldo, much less stressful). A variety of good restaurants and shopping facilities are within a radius of about 12km
This is all you need for an interesting and relaxing holiday of one or two weeks, but the hosts deserve special praise. Mr. and Mrs. Mocarini are from the area, and have been renting out their lovingly prepared houses and flats there for several years. I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality, generosity and helpfulness. We were provided with all the necessary information about the house and the area right from the start, and also met up with them a couple of times during the holiday. I really hope to see you again ;-)
