The small beach house offers about 40 m² of living space for comfort and relaxation. It is lovingly but functionally furnished.
The living and dining area is equipped with a fitted kitchen and a round wooden table with four chairs. From the dining area, there is a beautiful view of the lake. The large window front opens towards the garden. Here one can have breakfast with a view of the lake and nature. On warm days, it's possible to enjoy the sun in front of the house. Garden table, chairs, grill, and a fire basket are ready here.
Besides the dining area, there is also a living area with a sofa bed. Here is also the TV. For the wood stove, which can provide a cozy, homely atmosphere in the spring and late autumn, there is wood in the garden.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and has heated flooring.
The sleeping loft has a width of 1.30 m and a height of 120 cm. Based on experience, children from the age of about 8 to 9 years old, and teenagers love this sleeping place. The bedroom has a double bed.

Our beach house is located at Quast in the first row and offers a beautiful view of the beach and the lake, which is only 50 m away.
In early summer and autumn, nature lovers will get their money’s worth in this quiet place. The beech forests invite you to take wonderful walks. Enjoy bike tours around the lakes, through the untouched moraine landscape of the Uckermark. Full-day tours to Ueckermünde on the Szczecin Lagoon or to Szczecin are also appealing. For the return trip there are train connections to Warnitz.
The boat trips with our 2-person kayak are also very popular. You can use it to explore the shores of the Ucker, the Oberuckersee and the Unteruckersee. Admire the cranes flying by in large numbers in formation, and with a bit of luck an osprey on a hunting flight will pass by. Tour suggestions for excursions are available for you in our holiday home. But a refreshing swim in the lake in the morning can also bring much joy in spring and early summer.
Culinarily, you will also get your money’s worth at Oberuckersee. At Quast there is a snack bar on sunny days. The Panoramahotel is only a 10-minute walk away. Here there is a restaurant and a bistro. The Landhotel Huberhof can be reached by bicycle or canoe in just 15 minutes.

Ideal for 2 people
Very nice cosy little holiday cottage situated directly on the Oberuckersee, friendly and helpful landlords
We enjoyed this week very much, the kayak belonging to the rental property often invited us to go on tours on the lake, we went on nice bicycle tours in the surroundings (bicycle paths, however, partly badly marked and partly in bad condition)
We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Practical and Beautiful
We spent a wonderful holiday week in the small but very practical and beautifully furnished beach house. Several times a day, we walked over to the lake for swimming and then relaxed on the deck chairs in front of the house. In addition to the many useful things in the house, there is also a well-stocked bookshelf (thank you!) and various games to play in the house. It was really well-equipped for us and the landlords helped us find a second boat, so we could go on a boat tour with four people.

Urlaub in schöner Natur
Very nice small holiday home, located directly on the bathing beach. Well suited for a quiet holiday with one child. Also recommended for excursions with the available boat and bicycles in the beautiful surroundings. We felt very comfortable with our grandson (14 years).
