Description

The farm has a view over the castles of Cacchiano (3km) and Brolio (5km) and the steeple of the little village of S. felice (9 km).
It has a swimming pool (12 x 6 m) which is open from mid May to mid October. Animals are welcome although the property is not fenced. There is a small village 700 metres away with a post office and a small grocer's. "Trapodi" consists of a small house ("Aia") and three flats ("Nonno", "Forno" "Bosco") which offer a good level of privacy as each flat has its own drive and its own open air area where guests can sit outside (except for "Bosco" which is on the first floor).
The owners have a small winery about 4 km from "Trapodi" where they produce Chianti Classico, Chianti Riserva, "Vin Santo" and "Grappa".
1-L'Aia (5+1*)
This is the small house which is 10 metres away from the building with the three flats.
It has its own parking area and its own garden where you can take meals.
There is a small living room with a cooking area, a fireplace and a single sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a second bedroom with a double bed.

All the flats have a microwave, Wi-Fi and Sat TV. Guests can also use two BBQ's and a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron, and an iron board. This room is near the stairs leading to the "Bosco". Flat.
*If guests want to use the sofa beds they will be charged €70,00 a week per person.
