Life is beautiful, the vacation here too ❤️
We spent a great week at Cristina's. She is a warm host who is always available and has a solution for every question. Communication was via WhatsApp and in person in English. We had the apartment with its own terrace and extra pool. Everything was clean and functional. There was an extra parking space in a garage around the corner, which was a real stroke of luck given the narrow streets in Castiglioncello. The surroundings are perfect for vacationers who like to go out in the evenings. Directly below the vacation apartment, you can find bars and restaurants. There is live music, but not daily. Also in the town itself, there is a suitable dining option for everyone. A small vegetable shop is directly on the road to the vacation apartment, a supermarket is about 4 minutes by car away. The vacation apartment is located at the harbor of the town. There are umbrellas and loungers for rent on the promenade, but we did not like the harbor basin for swimming. We preferred the pool and went to the sandy beach in Bibbona one day. Pisa and Volterra are about 1 hour away by car. In short, great apartment, great city, great surroundings. Perfect for a vacation in Tuscany by the sea. Definitely recommended!!!

Beautiful vacation apartment in a great location
We stayed on the second floor of this vacation apartment. The rooms are very spacious with high ceilings. The furnishings are not new, but there was actually nothing missing. The kitchen is fully equipped. Washing machine, ironing board, iron – everything is available. A huge balcony is unfortunately not facing the sea. However, you could see the harbor from the living room side. The pools are set up and therefore quite small, but with a view of the sea, it's great for relaxing.
We found the location to be very good. A clean area with beautiful gardens. Castiglioncello is truly breathtakingly beautiful. As stated in the advertisement, you are right by the sea; however, it is a harbor and especially not suitable for swimming for children. There are many bathing coves in Castiglioncello, but some are either paid, stony, or rocky. But there are plenty of free sandy beaches that can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Florence and Pisa are also quite close. Thus, this holiday apartment is also great for city sightseeing.
One word about the landlady: she speaks very good English and is very friendly. She takes care of problems immediately and with great dedication.
We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely come back sometime.

Beautiful apartment!!
Apartment on two floors, downstairs room with double bed and single bed & bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs living room, separate kitchen, and bedroom with double bed as well as bathroom with shower. Large long balcony connecting to the kitchen & bedroom.
All rooms very spacious and beautifully & modernly furnished.
Outside garden with grill and nice dining option.
LOCATION:
The apartment is well located, within a few hundred meters you reach bakery and butcher as well as cafes. A large supermarket is located in the village about 2km from the apartment. The sea is 50m away; you can swim there, but there is no sandy beach. There are several smaller sandy beaches in the village (beach rating: 6/10) which are easily accessible on foot via a path directly by the sea. A large beach (Spiagge Bianche) can be reached by car in under 10 minutes. This beach is highly recommended, with a dreamy white sand and beautiful light blue water, one of the most visually stunning beaches. Gently sloping, quiet during the week and unfortunately rather crowded on weekends. (Beach rating 9/10)

We were four people for a week in this apartment and it was great and we really liked it! EQUIPMENT:
+ Generous interior furnishings + Large balcony + Two large bathrooms with shower & toilet
+ 2 Large bedrooms with beautiful double bed
+ Large kitchen with one large & one small refrigerator
+ Parking space with private driveway (in the shade) + Large garden with grill (lots of shade)
- Unfortunately, no large pool outside (only small inflatable pools) -> -1 star
- Minor issues with the Wi-Fi -> -0.5 stars
VALUE FOR MONEY:
Very good, as already mentioned very generous furnishings for 4-6 people at a very good price. SERVICE:
