In a quiet part of Dramalj, close to the beach (approx. 200 m - 5 minutes walk), our house is situated on a slope, surrounded by a large garden.
In the well-kept, tastefully and lovingly furnished flats we offer you, besides the cosiness and comfort, also the Croatian hospitality.
The flats are air-conditioned and fully furnished. We also provide you with bed linen and towels for bright, large bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find everything: from cooking utensils to dishwasher. Television ( TV - SAT ) and the HI-FI equipment, invites you to relax in the living room and on the terrace.
The sun-protected and furnished terraces not only offer a magnificent view of the sea and the island of Krk. They also replace or complement the living room, as well as at breakfast, as at lunch and especially a cosy, starry, fading evening.
On the garden loungers you can enjoy a good book or just relax.
Thanks to the free Wi-Fi connection, you are always up to date with your e-mails.

Crikvenica is more than 120 years, not only a bath, but also a health resort.
The mild climate soothes and heals the sufferings such as asthma, heart disease, circulatory problems throughout the year.
The tradional festivals include the Days of Crikvenica (in August) and the Fishermen's Week (in September). During the economic event days Croatian products Croatian top quality products to the tourists are offered (eg the Ham 'prosciutto', good cheese, the famous Schliwowitz, liqueur Julischka, the wine from the island of Krk 'Vrbnicka Zlahtina' and much more).
In the middle of the Kvarner Bay, just 35 km from the major port city of Rijeka and 17 km from the Krk Airport, it has become a popular holiday destination.
The beach promenade connects four places and offers a long walk or a bike ride.

Summer holiday 2021
It was a good holiday. Flat is well equipped with everything you need. The location is good. You can reach everything on foot. The hosts, the Herceg family, are great people. We felt very comfortable.

wir freuen uns, dass Sie trotz der Anfangsschwierigkeiten mit Einreisedokumenten,
Ihren Urlaub genossen haben und würden uns freuen, Sie wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen. Die Hanglage ( das ganze Ort liegt am Hang), ist für die Menschen die zu Fuß nicht so gut sind, etwas lästig, aber der Ausblick, die Ruhe, sichere Parkplätze im abgeschlossenem Hof, entschädigen es. Was das Preis/Leistung betrifft, liegen wir mit der Ausstattung und unserem Service, noch unter dem Angebot in unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft.

A dream house
We arrived 5 days ago and are staying here for another week, but actually you don't want to leave here at all. Hospitality is very important to the Herceg family. Everything fits here, every detail is well thought out, so that a holidaymaker simply wants for nothing. You can tell that the Herceg family puts a lot of heart and soul into it every day

Quite Outstanding!!
First of all!
You can't go wrong with this flat (attic)! The landlords, Mr. and Mrs. Herceg, are simply sweet as sugar! Mrs Herceg's cake is simply a dream! The questions you ask the Herceg family are answered faster than you asked the question :)!
Next :
The flat... Equipped with everything your heart desires! Everything you need is there, although we preferred to eat out as we were just too lazy to cook!
However, there are 2 negative points!
1. There is no washing machine in the attic flat, which would have to be washed at Mrs. Herceg's!
2. The flat is air-conditioned, but only 1 of the three bedrooms! The other air conditioner is at the end of the corridor, which means that the other 2 bedrooms are not really cooled, which was a problem with the temperatures! At 28° at night it was not really comfortable to sleep under the roof!
But despite the 2 negative points, this flat with this landlord is more than recommendable! We felt very comfortable!

es freut uns das es Ihnen bei uns gefallen hat. Bei der Nutzung der Waschmaschine ist ein Mißverständniss aufgetretten.
Die Waschmaschinen für Gäste und der Trockner befinden sich in der Waschküche im Keller. Diese können nur übiche Menge von 5 Kg aufnehmen. Um den zweiten Waschgang zu sparen wurde Ihre Wäsche ausnahmsweise in unsere Waschmaschine gewaschen, da diese einen größeren Aufnahmevolumen hat.
Die Wohnung ist mit zwei Klima Geräten bei offenen Zimmertüren und geschlossenem Fenstern eigentlich gut zu halten. Sicherlich
gibt es bei uns im Süden die warmen Nächte, aber wir sagen immer wieder: tagsüber alles dicht, Jalousinen und Fenster zu, Abends Klima einschalten, dann hält sich das angenehme Luft länger an. Öfters gibt es auch den erfrischenden Wind, der die Nächte trotz
hohen Temperturen angenehmer macht. ( In der Regel befindet sich in der klimatisierten Fe-Wohnungen nur ein Klima Gerät im Wohnzimmer ) .
Wir bemühen uns unseren Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten und sind der Meinung das auch der Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.
Wir würden uns freuen, Ihnen unsere Gastfreundschaft bald wieder anbieten zu dürfen.
