Room facilities:
Open kitchen with large dining table offers space for 6 people.
The kitchen is equipped with oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, small freezer, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, radio and all other daily necessities.
A children's high chair is also available.
Living room with sofa, table, smart TV, game console, Blu-ray / DVD player, Bluetooth soundbar, WLAN and telephone.
Bathroom with ground-level shower, toilet, washbasin and a washing machine.
Upstairs.
Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and TV.
Children's room with two beds, sideboard and TV.
Children's room with one bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV.
Bathroom with ground-level shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer.
The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and electric blinds.
Garden
Terrace facing south with 6 chairs, table, parasol, 2x sunbeds, a lockable garden house, children's swing and a large rustic garden barbecue.
We also provide two bicycles, two children's scooters and a handcart free of charge.
The property is fenced.

Bed linen, towels, tea towels, WLAN, telephone, water, heating and electricity
for daily use.
Charging of e-cars is not allowed.
On your arrival, the beds are freshly made, towels, bath towels and tea towels are provided. In addition, you will receive a small starter package free of charge, which includes: 2x hand soap, 4x toilet paper, 3x dishwasher tabs, washing-up liquid, dishcloth, baking paper, 1x kitchen roll.
An iron with ironing board and a clothes horse are also available.

Our cosy holiday home is located in a newly built holiday home area directly in the recreation area of the Thülsfelder Talsperre.
Here you can relax with a walk in the forest or explore the beautiful area by bike.
Many leisure activities are available such as fishing, swimming, large adventure playground, climbing forest north, animal and leisure park Thüle, golf course, indoor play paradise
The beach is only about 300m away.
The house was completed in November 2016, is approx. 90 m2 and sleeps 5.

Very nice and well-maintained accommodation
We had a very nice vacation week.
The house is fully furnished, also with thoughtful details such as labeling certain switches. Everything gives a well-kept impression, including the outdoor area with various play options. For families with smaller children, the complete fencing as well as the possible darkening of the rooms with blinds is very helpful. However, a travel cot for children would need to be brought along at this time. The hostess is very friendly and we had good contact; the handling in advance also went smoothly. The proximity to the sandy beach of the dam, maybe 8-10 minutes on foot, as well as a large playground, about 20 minutes on foot, makes the location quite attractive, and the available cart was very helpful. From our perspective, this house is absolutely recommendable. We thank you.

Super cool holiday home
We spent our vacation in the house with our grandchildren. Very nice landlady.
As soon as we entered the house, it smelled very fresh. The house is very clean and lovingly furnished.
There were flowers on the table, something sweet for the children, and cold water, given the warm temperatures.
Everything was there. From sand toys, a cart, 2 scooters, a balance bike, and much more. We felt very comfortable all around.
We would gladly come back.
We can highly recommend this house. Thank you very much for the warm welcome.

All-round feel-good house in a traffic-calmed area
Everything is great all around. Very lovingly furnished with a lot of detail. The first impression of the house was the fresh scent that invited us to feel at home. Very clean, not a speck of dust visible .... each room has its own charm and was decorated appropriately. You were invited to slumber in very cosy beds. I remember an advertisement - that's how it felt ;) everything smelled sooo fresh you just got a glow just like with the many towels - this freshness - you felt so comfortable.
Everything was there, from washing-up liquid to hand soap and cleaning products. In the garden house there were 2 bicycles, scooters for the children and a great trolley
It is great that the whole area is traffic calm and the children could move freely
The dam can be reached in a few minutes, very beautiful area, very spacious with a sandy beach, great for lingering with sand toys
In 1 hour driving time there are so many beautiful things to reach, from great northwest beaches to harbour towns but also the Meyer Werrft in Papenburg is worth a trip.
We will definitely see each other a second time - thanks to the nice landlady

Great end to the holiday
Beautiful house, lovingly and thoughtfully furnished. Unfortunately we were only there for 3 nights, but we would like to stay longer. Then we could also use the garden with barbecue etc.

Sehr gutes Ferienhaus
The holiday home really has everything you need on vacation. It is decorated with a lot of love, many nice details. We felt very comfortable here with our children. It is not ruled out that we will come back again.
