We have two flats for 4 people each - maximum occupancy per flat: 2 adults + 2 children up to 14 years.
When furnishing our flats, we thought about how we would like to spend our holiday. This is how we created two cosy holiday flats where you can really feel at home. Both flats are modernly equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with modern LCD TV, bathroom and toilet
We have also thought of the little ones. We are happy to provide you with a cot and high chair.
In the large garden behind the house you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Keilberg in the neighbouring Czech Republic. There is plenty of space for children to play here. The use of garden furniture and barbecue is of course free of charge.
You can also leave your car in the car park directly at the house, because in spring, summer and autumn numerous hiking trails invite you to explore the beautiful surroundings of Oberwiesenthal on foot. Or how about a ride on the Oberwiesenthal stagecoach, our Ore Mountain railway or a speedy descent on the summer toboggan run?
In winter, all skiing enthusiasts have access to numerous groomed cross-country trails and ski hiking trails as well as various downhill slopes. Oberwiesenthal is worth a visit at any time of year. We will be happy to give you tips on how to spend your holiday.

The Oberwiesenthal is the highest town in Germany. In winter, a variety of slopes and over a hundred kilometers and groomed ski tracks available. The prices indicated are valid until the end of March 2023. We reserve the right to make price adjustments thereafter due to the uncertain energy price situation.

Our prices are valid for 2 persons. From the 3rd person (from 13 years) we charge 10 Euro per night. Children up to 2 years free of charge, children 3-12 years 5,00 Euro per night.
Minimum stay in high season: 5 nights

For dogs we charge a one-time fee of 20 Euro (depending on the size of the animal).
Visitor's tax per adult 2.10 euros/night, children from 7 to 16 years: 1.05 euros per night

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation possible up to 7 days before the arrival date.

In case of cancellation 6 to 1 days before arrival, we will charge 80% of the rental price. In the event of a no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, the entire rental amount is due.

Prices are valid for occupancy by 2 persons Each additional adult ? per person / night, children 3 - 12 years EUR per night. All the Christmas period and the Easter and Whitsun holidays are considered high season and will be charged EUR per night. (Occupancy of the apartment for up to 2 persons). We rent from 3 nights.
