This free-standing, well-fitted holiday home with a lovely south-facing patio and secluded garden lies in a quiet residential area not far from the beautiful sandy beaches of Morgat on the Crozon peninsular.

Living/dining-room with glass door to patio, Sat-TV, hi-fi equipment. Open-plan kitchen with microwave, dishwasher. Washing machine.

2 bedrooms: 1 with 1 French bed. 1 with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower. Sep. WC.

Patio, secluded garden, barbeque, furniture. Plot: 600m². A small dog is allowed.

The Crozon peninsular lies in the far west of Brittany. The best way to explore its varied beauty is on long coastal walks. The bathing resort of Morgat with its large sandy beach offers many water sports. In the lively town of Crozon a daily market offers typical Breton wares.

"In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the occupancy, 30% of the total price will be charged. From the 59th day to the 30th day before the start of the occupancy, 50% of the total price will be charged. From the 29th day up to the day of the start of the occupancy and in case of no-show without a cancellation notice, 90% of the total price will be charged."

To feel good

Modern, very well equipped, spacious even for families with 2 children. The house is very comfortable even on rainy days. There is a large lawn for nice days; a barbecue is also available. A great weekly market with fresh, local food is easily accessible, even on foot and highly recommended. The only difficulty: the waste separation, which we didn't understand right away because we didn't speak the language well enough, as it's different from in Germany.
