Relax in our TOP MODERNISED holiday flat "Lighthouse" on a living space of approx. 110m²

Awaiting you is a family-friendly, senior-friendly holiday flat for 6 people, renovated in 2016, located directly on the dyke of the seaside, spa and holiday resort of Horumersiel on the ground floor. It has three terraces (each accessible from the kitchen, living room and bedroom). The sun terrace of the living room also has a retractable awning.

In the spacious living room there are two large leather couches, a 55" LED TV connected via SAT and a Bluray player.

The dining kitchen has a new and very well-equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.

The interior is of high quality and modern. There are a total of two bathrooms with windows. The first is brightly furnished with a large, ground-level shower, the second has a shower-bathtub.

The flat is provided with two bedrooms, each of which is also equipped with LED TVs. One with two double beds and a spacious wardrobe and one with a double bed.

The holiday flat is furnished for 6 people. We are also happy to welcome smaller pets by arrangement.

The "Leuchtturm" has internet access via W-LAN, a total of 3 LED TVs with satellite TV, a washing machine and dryer, as well as a Bose internet radio, with Bluetooth function.

In the relaxing evening hours, you can enjoy the sunset on one of the south-facing terraces.

Lazing on the beach in summer and lying in the beach chair (included in the price in summer), enjoying the wind and weather indoors and outdoors in autumn and finding inner peace, indulging in the culinary delights of the local restaurants in winter and using the quiet days for reflection, or spending time with the family in Jever in spring at the traditional Easter egg hunt in the castle park - at any time of year, our flat is an ideal base for a holiday with your own family, friends or several generations.

Beautiful apartment with a shockingly high energy price

The vacation rental is great: Good equipment, perfect for 5 people, modern and high-quality. It only has one downside: the energy price is billed separately afterwards and deducted from the deposit. Initially, it doesn't seem like a big deal at 0.20 euros per kw/h, but when 75 euros are incurred in just 4 days, this is no longer proportional to the rental price - especially since the shower was only lukewarm. Maybe more suitable for summer. Not recommended in winter.

Wir nutzen die Wohnung privat auch im Winter und kommen nicht annähernd an diesen Verbrauch - und wir mögen es warm. Es kommt wahrscheinlich immer auf das individuelle Heizverhalten jeder Familie an.
Wir haben uns dazu entschieden, den Grundpreis der Wohnung beizubehalten und die Energiekosten umzulegen (bei den steigenden Energiepreisen nicht anders zu handhaben). Das ist fair, da jede Familie entscheiden kann, in welchen Räumen sie es wie warm haben möchte.
