Welcome to our cosy wooden house with upscale comfort, equipped with a spacious living area incl. fireplace and a wellness bathroom with whirlpool and sauna.
The 145m² holiday home was newly built in 2014 and is located in Dollerup in a quiet cul-de-sac location 3.5 km from the beach. The house is suitable for family holidays or also for a holiday for two on 115 m². The holiday home has a large, partially covered wooden terrace where you can enjoy the sun even in the evening hours.
The large garden invites you to relax and offers plenty of space for children to play.

Arrival via the A7 in the direction of Flensburg. Take the Flensburg/ Glücksburg/ Kappeln exit. Follow the signs towards Sörup-Saturp, which will take you along the Osttangente - B199 towards Kappeln. After approx. 17 km, turn left in Streichmühle in front of the Landgasthaus - Streichmühle in the direction of Westerholz. After 50 m turn right onto Neukirchener Weg. After 200 m turn left into Breitenstein and take the first right and drive to the end of the cul-de-sac You have reached the Breitenstein 25 holiday home.

Wonderful
We were completely satisfied with this spacious and very well-furnished house. What stood out were the many shelves and sockets in the house, which you don't usually find in vacation homes. And of course, the beautiful wooden table in the living room, simply dreamy. The quiet was very pleasant, perfect for unwinding. What is missing is a toilet on the upper floor. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Dreamy accommodation
We had the pleasure of spending a few days in this wonderful holiday home, and I can highly recommend it. The house is very well equipped and offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are bright and inviting, thanks to the generous windows that let in a lot of natural light and create a warm atmosphere.
A special highlight is the large garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Whether in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening while grilling – the garden provides a wonderful retreat.
The quiet location of the holiday home is ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There is hardly any noise, so you can fully enjoy the peace and the surroundings.
Overall, our stay here was extremely pleasant and rejuvenating. I will definitely come back and can recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a break in a peaceful and beautiful environment.

Fantastic holidays on the Baltic Sea in September
The holiday home on the Baltic Sea exceeded our expectations. It is located just a few kilometers away from the Baltic Sea in a quiet village. A supermarket, organic farm, restaurants, a nature reserve, a harbor, and a bicycle rental are close by, so the location is perfect for exploring the Flensburg Fjord or visiting Denmark, which is just 30 minutes away by car. It is a nice getaway home if you just want to relax and clear your mind in a spacious, cozy, very well-equipped, and upscale holiday home. The wellness bathroom, spacious terrace with two sunbed chairs and a barbecue stand, as well as the open plan kitchen and lounge area, are worth mentioning. We really enjoyed our holiday as a couple in this phenomenal holiday home located in a breathtaking region (Flensburg Fjord). Highly recommendable!
