A comfortable and cosy holiday home awaits you, quietly located in the "Seeland" holiday park and only a few minutes' walk from the beach and leisure facilities.
The high-quality furnished holiday home has a spacious living/dining room with wood-burning stove, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped fitted kitchen and a shower room with sauna.
Outside, there is a furnished terrace and various playground equipment (swing, slide and sandpit).
Including the following equipment for free use:
Baby cot (60x120 cm), children's high chairs, bed rails
Canoe for 2-6 persons with life jackets
2 bicycles (1 with child seat)

2 car parking spaces are directly at the house.

The holiday home is located approx. 250 m behind the dyke in the "Seeland" holiday park.
The beach, the Wadden Sea and the recreational area with bathing lake, playgrounds, play & fun barn, mini golf, football golf etc. can be easily reached on foot.
Ideal for families!
The entire lake area can be circumnavigated by canoe.
Well-developed cycling and walking paths lead around the lake area and along the coast to Cuxhaven.

| The rental prices include all additional costs for: Electricity, gas, water, bed linen, hand/shower/sauna towels, wifi use and firewood. In the high season we only rent by the week with arrival and departure day on Saturday, outside the high season with optional arrival. The town of Otterndorf charges a health resort fee of € 2.00 or € 2.50 per adult per night, depending on the season. |
Cancellation terms:
If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a subtenant who would take over the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, provided that re-renting is not possible: Cancellation: - Up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 10% of the rental price - Up to 35 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price - Up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price - Up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price - Otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental): 100% of the rental price.

Absolutely recommendable!
A perfectly equipped holiday home in a very good location very close to the North Sea. The house is comprehensively and very tastefully furnished with a large garden and a great sauna. Plenty of crockery and cutlery and everything super clean and tidy. Very nice and generous landlords. A very relaxing holiday!

Sensational!
We stayed in this wonderful holiday home for a week after the holidays. Without exaggeration, I can say that I have never seen such a well-equipped holiday home! Everything was taken care of: from hand and sauna towels to firewood and dishwasher tabs, there was nothing lacking! The house is in excellent condition and very tastefully furnished. We felt extremely comfortable and will gladly return. Absolute recommendation!
