Description

Newly build holiday home Sandra above the town of Makarska, in a quiet location. The house is spacious and modern. It has a living room with open kitchen and access to the terrace with pool and barbecue area. At the pool (heated) is the outdoor shower and sunbeds. Pool without chlorine water, new salt water electrolysis technology.

There are three bedrooms available, two with double bed and a room with twin beds. Three bathrooms and a washing machine. All rooms are located on the ground floor.
From here you can enjoy the sunsets and you have a great view of the town of Makarska and the sea. The first floor is shot and is not inhabited.

Great accommodation option

We were with 3 couples in this beautiful accommodation in August 2020.

We were greeted with a full fridge, beer, and fresh fruit. The accommodation looks exactly as shown in the photos.

It is very clean. Towels for the pool and shower are plentiful. With 6 people, there is plenty of space and privacy.

You definitely need a car because the accommodation is located on a steep hill. You can also reach the beach/port on foot in about 20 minutes. The view is a dream.

We had a wonderful holiday and can highly recommend the accommodation for a relaxed stay in Makarska.

We will definitely repeat this dream holiday !

We spent our holiday with Sandra, Petar and Ivan. In the middle of the Corona season, not knowing what to expect, we made the journey to Makarska. Once there, very nice and warm hosts welcomed us with a: beer, wine and food filled fridge. Fruit basket and fresh flowers decorated the clean kitchen. As we are very experienced Croatia holidaymakers, it is no exaggeration to say that this house and the owners deserve the highest possible score in the rating! The rooms are very tastefully decorated and the cleanliness throughout the house cannot be improved! From the boat chater to the pool cleaning, (which was taken care of every morning by Ivan) everything was done for us by the family! The absolute highlight, however, was Petar's "PEKA" pan! Better than in the restaurant! We would like to thank the whole family and agency celebrities for an absolute dream holiday, in this busy year. We wish Sandra and her family all the best and health for the future! We will definitely repeat this dream holiday!

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Our week in the vacation home of Sandra, Petar, and Ivan was fantastic. The house is still very new, luxuriously furnished, and absolutely clean. The air conditioning works perfectly. Towels, toilet paper, etc. are plentiful. The kitchen has everything you could need, including an orange juicer and a juice mixer. The dishes and cutlery are tasteful. The best part is the freezer that dispenses chilled water and ice cubes. We were warmly welcomed and were very happy about the filled fridge with everything needed for breakfast: salami, cheese, butter, jam, mozzarella, tomatoes, olives, juice... also coffee, espresso, bread.
Petar prepared Peka for us on the grill. Delicious: lamb and veal with potatoes, onions, peppers, garlic, carrots. Cooked under the charcoal.
Sandra gave us her roasted almonds twice. Unbeatable. Ivan cleaned the pool almost daily and gave us tips on events in the city. There were recommendations for activities in the area over and over again. The trip to the Blue Lake (Imotski) and the short hike from the house into the mountains were worthwhile. The pool was cold, which was refreshing and pleasant given the high outside temperatures. The walk to the city took about 25 minutes. It took us longer to return as it's uphill. The hosts are absolutely sociable and warm-hearted. They are always approachable, respond immediately, obviously enjoy taking care of their guests excellently. Makarska is a nice little town with restaurants offering great dishes. The 3-hour panoramic boat tour with OgoPogo is recommended. All in all, highly recommended!

We have never been so excited

We stayed in this wonderful holiday house from 03. to 13.08.19: 3 friends, 1 teenager, and 1 dog. What can I say... we always rent houses in Croatia, and this is the most lovely one so far. As seen in the other reviews, our fridge was also well-stocked (so we have something for dinner and breakfast and don't have to go shopping right away), we were wonderfully pampered with a traditional Dalmatian Peka, Sandra's delicious roasted almonds as dessert, and even cake was served for our return journey. Otherwise, the house was even more beautiful than in the pictures: very well maintained and spotlessly clean, everything was provided to even have a dinner at home, the pool was thoroughly cleaned almost every day, as well as the hot tub. The fridge had an ice maker, the towels were collected for laundry, we were thrilled. It took us 10 minutes by car to get to the beach, and 5 minutes to downtown Makarska. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. All in all, Peter, Sandra, and their son are perfect hosts, we didn't feel like paying guests, but like real friends. Definitely, we will not be the last time in this quiet and fascinating corner and with these incredibly nice hosts! We have never been so excited!

Will definitely rent this house again.

The house is great. Plenty of space for 6 people. Upscale furnishings and everything very clean and lovingly prepared. We were there with a baby and received a travel cot, high chair, plastic dishes, a baby swing, paddling pool, and toys. The pool and the Jacuzzi are cleaned every other day, even daily upon request. The landlords make a lot of effort to make you feel comfortable there. They even baked us a cake. If you want, they also provide tips on what to do or where to eat well. If we should go there again in the area, we will definitely rent this house again.

We will definitely book this house again!

The house was top. The furnishings are luxurious and everything is very clean and lovingly decorated. There is enough space for 6 people, with sufficient bathrooms and toilets available. The whirlpool and pool are cleaned every other day, even daily upon request. We were there with a baby. The landlords provided us with a travel cot, a high chair, plastic dishes, a paddling pool, toys, and a baby swing for that. The landlords are very eager to ensure that visitors have a great holiday. They gladly provide tips on activities and good places to eat. On the first day, the fridge was already filled with drinks and cold cuts. The landlords made us a cake and candied almonds. It was a fantastic holiday. If we should go to the area again, we will definitely book this house again.

The house was really awesome

The house was really amazing. The equipment was really good. We found everything as described on the internet. In addition, the landlords had prepared a full fridge for us + all kinds of drinks and fruits. The house was clean, tidy, and perfectly furnished. The pool, the terrace + the whirlpool, and the roof terrace were incredibly beautiful and were cleaned every other day. The landlords were very warm-hearted and even cooked for us one evening. Fish grilled for us. The price-performance ratio was accordingly okay. So, this place can only be recommended.

Fantastic accommodation with warmly caring landlords.

We spent two weeks with two families in this beautiful accommodation. Sandra, the landlady, and her husband had everything perfectly prepared for us after a long journey. Chilled drinks and treats were waiting in the fridge. They even provided a baby pool with new toys just for the children! A swing also delighted our children throughout the holiday. The house is very modern and beautifully furnished. Everything was spotlessly clean. Nothing was missing. Bed linen and towels smelled of fresh laundry, wonderful!

The warmth and efforts of the landlords were really outstanding here.
For one of our birthdays, we even got a delicious cake.
There was a beautiful vegetable garden by the house that we were welcome to help ourselves from. Great!

The location was also good. There was a big supermarket nearby, and by car, you could reach the harbor and the city in 5 minutes.

We will definitely come back!!! Thank you very much to Sandra and Peter!

Traumhafter Urlaub

We were all thrilled. The house is brand new and lacked nothing. The homeowners welcomed us very warmly and lovingly. Even the refrigerator was stocked with basic groceries. Not to mention the homemade olive oil and the home-roasted almonds of the owner Sandra. The location was perfect for us. Not far from the center (about 5-10 minutes by car) and yet very quiet with a beautiful view. 5 minutes by car) and yet quietly located on the mountain with a view to the front of the sea and in the background to the fantastic mountains. For us, it was a great holiday all around, which we can recommend at any time with accommodation and location.
