This modern holiday flat was renovated and furnished with great pleasure. It offers enough space for up to 6 people. Your pet is also very welcome here.
The flat is located in the "Haus Strandferien" in Hooksiel and has its own entrance to the upper floor.
The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all small utensils leaves nothing to be desired. The dining table seats six (a high chair for children is provided).
The bathroom is tiled in a bright and friendly style and has a shower (shower cubicle), WC, washbasin, mirror and a towel radiator.
A window front across the entire width of the house provides the living room with plenty of light. The cosy sofa can be converted into a sleeping accommodation. Here, 2 more people can sleep comfortably. This room can also be completely darkened by electric external blinds. A TV set and free W-LAN are also available.
You reach the sleeping level via a staircase to the attic. In the large bedroom, there is a large bed that can accommodate 2 people, a spacious wardrobe and a post-console with clock radio and table people. A real baby cot and changing table are available
In the cosy children's room, another 2-3 people can stay overnight. There are also cupboards for clothes and toys.
For late sleepers, the rooms can be darkened via the electric external blinds.
The floor in the entire living and kitchen area is lightly tiled, the bedrooms have an easy-care, rustic laminate floor.

This cosy holiday flat is in a good leisure location in Hooksiel, the North Sea resort on the southern North Sea.

Cleanliness of the holiday apartment as fellow travelers
As the final cleaning was included in the price, we expected a clean holiday apartment. There were numerous hairs in the shower cabin, and several dirty spots on the tiled floor in the hallway upstairs, in the kitchen, and on the staircase leading to the upper floor. The entire balcony was covered in sand, and there was no cleaning cloth available to clean the floor. We had to buy one first.

nice short vacation
We had the vacation apartment upstairs and everything was really as described. The vacation apartment was well-equipped. There was nothing missing and everything was clean. We enjoyed our short vacation and can definitely recommend the vacation apartment.
