Your holiday flat on the first floor is 45sqm and can be occupied by three people. It is modernly furnished in friendly colours and consists of a living room with dining area and kitchenette, bathroom with shower and bedroom.
In the living room you will find a flat screen TV with approx. 520 channels, a Blue Ray/DVD player and a small music system.
In the well-equipped kitchen you will find a refrigerator with small freezer compartment, 4-plate cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker and pad coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A dishwasher completes the equipment in the kitchen.
The bedroom invites you with a 1.80m wide bed with comfortable mattresses to a relaxing night's sleep after a day in the fresh North Sea air.
The flat has a parking space, a communal cellar for storing bicycles and a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer.

Located directly on the sea dike in Dorum-Neufeld. Dorum-Neufeld is located between the seaside towns of Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven. To the beach approx. 200 metres, to the sea approx. 400 metres. The view from the terrace is of the sea dike. The restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, as are the bakery and grocery shop.

Great vacation apartment!!!
We were in Dorum Neufeld for the first time and were impressed by the beautiful holiday apartment. The apartment is superbly furnished and lacks nothing. From the balcony overlooking the dike, you can experience fantastic sunsets. This holiday apartment is highly recommended.
