In case of cancellation between 6 and 14 days before arrival, we retain 50% of the total stay amount. In case of cancellation between 2 and 5 days before arrival, we retain 80% of the total stay amount. In case of cancellation 1 day before or on the day of arrival, we retain 100% of the total stay amount.
