Our sunny 63 m² holiday flat "De Duuv" in Haus Jupiter is located on the 2nd floor and is spread over 2 levels. From the living room, bedroom and balcony you have a wonderful view of the North Sea. The flat is equipped for an occupancy of 4 persons and a child in a travel cot. Free use of the swimming pool.
Non-smokers and no pets allowed!
- 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds in the attic, accessible via stairs.
- A children's travel bed and high chair are available.
- The cosily furnished living room with dining area is equipped with LCD TV, music system and DVD player.
- The open kitchenette includes a cooker, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, egg boiler and toaster
- In the bathroom there is a shower and a towel radiator. A hairdryer is provided for you here.
- Throughout the flat you will receive free Wi-Fi for unlimited internet access.
- Mobile phone for free calls to German landlines.
- Garden furniture with cushions and a parasol are available for use on the sunny balcony.
- Directly opposite in the Triton house is the swimming pool (28 degrees) with counter-current system and children's pool. A small fee must be paid for the use of the sauna, whirlpool and solarium
- Outside there is a lockable room with plenty of space for bicycles and trolleys.
- A washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the communal cellar for a fee.
- A permanent car parking space is available.

Quiet peripheral location in the coastal resort of Dorum-Neufeld on the North Sea coast. It is only 200 metres to the green beach, outdoor wave pool, children's playhouse and cutter harbour. The holiday resort of Dorum-Neufeld is located directly on the North Sea in the middle of the UNESCO "Wadden Sea World Heritage Site". The region offers possibilities for your holiday in every season. The wave pool as well as the children's playhouse are located directly on the green beach in the immediate vicinity of the romantic Kutterhafen and the Obereversand lighthouse with a long pier. Dorum-Neufeld offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities such as tennis, mini-golf, bowling, sauna, cycling, mudflat walks, swimming, surfing, etc. The central location halfway between the seaside towns of Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven makes for interesting excursions with a wide range of maritime activities.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellations must be made in writing; if this is not the case, the total rental price will be due. The compensation for loss of rental income is as follows: up to 10 days after receipt of the confirmation – free of charge up to 45 days before the start of the rental period – 10% of the total rental price from 44 days before the start of the rental period – 50% of the total rental price from 21 days before the start of the rental period – 80% of the total rental price.
