TIBIRKE SAND
The summer house and holiday apartment are located undisturbed in North Zealand on Tibirke Sand near Tisvilde Hegn (forest) and the holiday village Asserbo, close to Arresø, Denmark's largest lake, on a 2,100 m2 well-maintained natural property with trees and shrubs. 50 minutes by car to Copenhagen.
Not far from one of the best beaches in Denmark on the Kattegat between Liseleje and Tisvildeleje.
Large supermarket and restaurant in the town 2 km from the house. Near good bus and train connections.
Tibirke Sand is a beautiful 2 km² summer house and nature area in Gribskov Municipality. Bounded in the north by main road 205 and Tisvilde Hegn, in the east and south by Arresø, and to the west by the border with Halsnæs Municipality. The area holds a highly esteemed position between protected areas, Tibirke Bakker to the north and Ryengen at Arre Lake to the south. About the borders of the area up to the "Kings' North Zealand" National Park, which includes not only Arre Lake and Tisvilde Hegn but also Gribskov (Forest) and Esrum Lake. Tibirke Sand is located 7 km west of Frederiksværk and 8 km east of Helsinge. The area is 2 km from Asserbo, particularly Asserbo Castle Ruins, and 5-6 km from the bathing and holiday towns on the Kattegat, Liseleje and Tisvildeleje. NATURE AREA
Tibirke Sand has a forest character and consists of large natural plots interspersed with trees and bushes, broken by clearings with grass and flowers. The holiday homes are in good harmony with nature, so that the residents feel as though they are in the deep, quiet forest. Tibirke Sand is a paradise for nature lovers. The location near Arresø, an internationally protected bird sanctuary, enriches the area with a very diverse bird population (at least 105 bird species). Most of the properties are not surrounded by real fences, allowing several deer to move freely in the region. Other animals from the Danish fauna move in the area, and among insects, there are some rare butterflies. In addition to experiencing animals and plants at the summer house, holiday guests can have a more intense encounter with nature from one of the 3 viewing platforms on the shore of Lake Arresø and along the path (2 km) by the lake. Furthermore, one can see landmarks such as Ramløse village, Ramløse and Annisse churches, and the Arrenæs peninsula, etc., on the shores of the approximately 40 km² large lake.

ACTIVITY
The active vacationer can hike, jog, run, bike, go boating, fish, swim, play golf, and ride horses, etc., in the area or nearby. A beautiful bike ride from the summerhouse through Tisvilde Hegn (forest) or Asserbo Plantage (5 km), and you are either at Tisvilde or at Liseleje Beach on the Kattegat with its unique dunes and some of the best beaches in Denmark. (The way to the beach at Stængehus with a large parking lot can be reached by car through the forest in about a quarter of an hour.) A bike ride on the new cycle paths along the main road 205 through the beautiful landscape either to Frederiksværk (7 km) or to Helsinge (10 km) or around Arresø (35 km) should also be experienced.
A boat trip on Arresø with the boat "Frederikke," with or without a guide, is a great natural experience. In the immediate vicinity are Asserbo Golf Club (6 km) and a riding school (5 km). A small marina and a viewing platform are located on Arresø, 500 meters from the house.
Furthermore, there are several good restaurants in the area. - The restaurants "Tinggaarden" (1 km) and "Spisekrogen" in the Kvickly supermarket in Helsinge are recommended. A large Spar supermarket (2 km) is open 365 days a year.
