Description
Ty ar Kersken is an old Breton farmhouse that has been restored since 1995 and converted into holiday homes. The walls of the houses are made, as in Brittany usual, from thick granite walls with a clay core. Meanwhile, all rooms are built in the old structure.
Of course, the houses are fully equipped with all what you would expect in a kitchen.
The garden has been transformed into a palm grove and front of the wall there is again about 800 m2 space for parking, make ball games campfire etc. We have apple trees, a cherry tree, a fig tree and some berries, a herb garden, a large barbecue incl. A "wok station" outdoors. And everything is open to all guests to use.
300 m further on the Rade de Brest, walking, hiking and for experts also Cycling is from the courtyard possible.
If you want the beach, find a lot of small and large beaches in the area.
Sport possibilities are endless. All water sports are possible and for many, there are courses in the schools on the harbor. But also climbing, tennis, beach sailing, Cycling in many claim steps are possible ....
For surfers, windsurfers and kitesurfers of plage de LaPalue is a dream.
Culture can be found in the area in the churches, monasteries, cities.
In summer, the "mardis de Morgat" lure for a great evening of music in the harbor. For lovers of classical music offer "lundis" in Camaret concerts.
All rooms in both houses are fully equipped with everything you do not want to miss in a summerhouse. Sofas in sufficient number, comfortable beds, a small bathroom and a fully ausgestattetet kitchen you put others at ease. In the garden, all guests will find plenty of space to rest, grilling, games and fun have. Children are very welcome and will find enough terrain to explore.
The large palm trees provide just as the trees a sunscreen and also serve as a natural screen. In the garden is an old 15 meter deep wells secured, of course, today no longer serves the fresh water supply.

Ty ar Kersken is 150 meters away from the road of Crozon by Roscanvel in the small village Kerifloc'h at St. Fiacre. In this part of the peninsula, the influence of the Gulf Stream has a particularly and ensures that even in winter the Themometer only about every 10 years falls below 0 ° Celsius.
In the vicinity, the town Camaret and Crozon lie with the port Morgat.

Great location to explore the peninsula
The house is very centrally located on the peninsula and is therefore ideal for (hiking) excursions in the great surroundings.
It is simple - but has a lot of charm due to its typical Breton style.
The equipment is almost complete. A barbecue would not be bad. You have to do without a TV, but that's not really bad
The garden is very well kept. You can spend a nice, relaxing day here in the shade of the large palm trees. We would love to come back.

We had a wonderful holiday in this holiday home!
A wonderful garden where you can start the day with breakfast and end the evening with a meal! You can buy the fish fresh from the market every day.
Great service from the landlord, who provides you with lots of information about the area in advance
Not directly on the beach, so formally a point deduction here, but everything is within a 5-15 minute drive. The house is equipped with everything you need, from a normal coffee machine, Senseo, blender to a garlic press, very comfortable beds! The bathroom is much bigger than the pictures reflect
We would come again and can fully recommend the property!!!!
