The house is situated on a square metre plot with a pavilion, barbecue facilities and swing and is in a quiet location in the district of Holm-Seppensen (5 km from Buchholz). The centre of the village is 500m away. There are 2 supermarkets, 2 bakeries (one is also open on Sundays), savings bank, post office and a bus connection to Buchholz every 1/2 hour and every hour the Heidebahn also goes to Buchholz or to the Heide (Soltau)
In 5 minutes you can cycle along the well-maintained cycle path to the nearby Büsenbachtal, and it takes about 20 minutes on foot. The Hanseatic city of Hamburg can be reached in 45 minutes by train or car.

Highly recommended, everything worked out great, the landlords are also very nice
The house had everything you need, the garden is huge and beautiful.

All-round well-being package
We needed a few days as a family with two adult children to relax. The holiday home "Heidi" convinced with plenty of space, a very extensive and beautiful decor and equipment (with many great extras such as an excellent stereo system and high-quality bicycles that were available for use as needed for a small additional fee). The large garden plot with old trees offers beautiful places to linger - you are on your own! Underfloor heating in the kitchen and dining area makes it cozy and warm. The list could go on. Otherwise: Great location right by the forest. If you want to go to the heath, you don't need a car. Otherwise - Hamburg or Lüneburg can be easily reached. The landlords are reliable and very friendly, yet very relaxed. We would love to come back!

Very satisfied
We were greeted friendly and if we had a concern, it was taken care of in the friendliest way. We felt comfortable right away. Everything we needed was available for our requirements. We grilled every evening. In the morning during breakfast, you look out into the green. A walk in the nearby forest is very relaxing. We thank Heidrun and Dirk.

A great vacation in a beautiful half-timbered house.
Unfortunately, this time we could only enjoy the great house, the garden, and the beautiful surroundings for a few days. We immediately felt comfortable in the lovingly furnished house. We lacked nothing. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, so you can take care of yourself and not always rely on restaurants. The covered barbecue area behind the house completes the whole thing. To our great joy, bicycles were also available for us in the house. This allowed us to take a wonderful bike tour in the surrounding area. We would also like to mention that you can reach Hamburg in about 1 hour by public transport and also enjoy this beautiful city on vacation. We thank Heidrun and Dirk for the warm welcome to the holiday home. We will not have been with you for the last time and will take a few more days for the next vacation. Very nice half-timbered house with a great plot and homely interior.
We felt very comfortable in this beautifully located holiday home. The property has a wonderful atmosphere with beautiful tall pine trees that create a "forest feeling." At the back, there is a wonderful garden that is almost completely shielded from view, so you can feel very comfortable and enjoy the property. The house has a nice, new interior and is very well equipped. The location is very quiet, but you still have everything nearby (about...). 500m), everything you need (supermarket, bakery, gas station, post office, bank). Upon our arrival, we were delighted to find a chest of drawers filled with brochures, vouchers, and maps of nearby attractions! This greatly helped us in our planning and saved us time by avoiding a trip to the tourist information office, allowing us more time for our excursions! By car, you can quickly reach the heathland as well as Hamburg or Lüneburg. On foot, there is a large forest nearby, and Büsenbachtal is not far either. The hosts are very nice, and we wish them all the best on this journey and can definitely recommend this house. One simply feels comfortable. Thanks again for hosting us in this house.
