With 85 sqm of living and usable space, spread over two floors, we offer room for up to 5 people and a small child (up to 2 years). You will find your car parking space belonging to the house directly in front of the house.
Our holiday home is divided into ground floor, upper floor, annex and terrace.
Ground floor:
Children's room with baby cot and safety gate, changing board and wardrobe.
Shower room with WC, washbasin, make-up mirror, hairdryer and washing machine.
Kitchen with electric cooker/oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler and sufficient crockery, glassware, pots and cutlery
Dining area with 4 chairs, children's high chair and wood-burning stove
Living area with sofa corner, armchair, table, flat screen TV, display cabinet and reading lamp
Upper floor:
Bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, flat screen TV, 2 chairs
Bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, play corner, 2 chairs
Shower room with WC, washbasin, make-up mirror, hairdryer
Extension:
Freezer box, hoover, ironing board, broom
Terrace:
Bicycle rack, barbecue, chairs with high back and parasol
Included in the rental price is telephone and internet use via WLAN in the Deutsche Telekom network.
Our house is a non-smoking house and is equipped with smoke detectors and socket fuses throughout.
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed in our house.

Location and surroundings of object
Our well-kept comfort holiday home is located in a holiday park between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven. It is detached on a 400 sqm plot and is modern and comfortably furnished in keeping with the spirit of the times.
The harbour, Oberversand lighthouse, Watt'n Bad wave pool, children's playhouse, pirate playground and meadow beach are only about 600 m away.
The physical well-being is not neglected either. A variety of restaurants can be reached on a leisurely walk and offer a wide selection of culinary delights.
Smaller purchases can be made on foot. In Dorum, 6 kilometres away, there are further shopping facilities (supermarkets, drinks market), doctors, a pharmacy and financial institutions.

From May to September, we offer our guests a free beach chair on the meadow beach.

All around recommendable.
We have visited the beautiful Cuxland Ferienpark many times, which is located directly near the beach with playgrounds. The holiday home Reitz is one of the most beautiful and well-equipped houses we have stayed in there so far. It is also absolutely suitable for winter, always cozy and warm, so that we only needed the fireplace for pleasure. The furnishings are also very cozy otherwise.

Recreational holiday
We occupied the house with 4 adult persons. General rating for the house and also the surroundings is consistently excellent. Clean and well-maintained, stylishly furnished with absolutely complete equipment that we couldn't fully utilize due to the short stay. We have been renting holiday homes on the North Sea for around 20 years and have generally been satisfied so far, but this house is definitely among the best we have rented. The fact that two bathrooms are available significantly increases the living comfort.
Dorum-Neufeld is only partly suitable for tenants who only want to spend a bathing vacation by/at the sea. The water level is too low at 60-80cm during high tide. However, this is an advantage for families with small children.

Familienfreundliches Haus
Since this house is a self-catering house, the point of service is not applicable.
The house is ideal for a family. It is very child-friendly equipped. From cot to high chair to toys, everything is available. We wouldn't have needed our own toys. The equipment is well-maintained and clean. All household appliances are in good condition.
We had a great week and would book the house again at any time.

Super Erholung
Very spacious, friendly, quiet location, bright and clear, beautiful interior design, with many lovely details. First aid kit, electric roller shutter lifters, extractor hood, children's books and toys as well as complete tableware, washing machine and dryer. 2 bathrooms, 6 beds (including 1 crib) in 3 rooms, cozy living room. All in all, this child-friendly and fully equipped house offers everything to feel at home and provides a good relaxation factor. We were very satisfied and would book again anytime. Price-performance ratio top.
