Description

The stone house Odysseus is approx. 100 sqm in size and extends over 3 levels, which are connected by the staircase inside the house.

The entrance area of the house offers a front garden and a large covered terrace with a cozy seating area, which provides shade and relaxation on sunny days and also invites you to barbecue.

The ground floor is divided into a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen-living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and an adjoining bathroom. The living room offers a fireplace, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV for German and international satellite television.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator including freezer compartment, stove with ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, as well as all necessary dishes and cutlery.

The bathroom offers a shower, a toilet, and a washing machine. Large and small towels, as well as bed linen, are sufficiently available. You reach the basement via a staircase. The spacious basement area offers ample space and is equipped with 2 double beds. If needed, a nearly new crib can be added.

The upper floor can be reached via another staircase from the living area and offers additional sleeping options. There are two single beds available there. Furthermore, from the upper floor you can access a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the sun.

The stone house Odysseus, named after the hero of Greek mythology, is located on the edge of the stone house village. Enjoy your vacation in the midst of Greeks.

The high-quality stone house, built in Mediterranean style from natural stones, promises pure luxury and comfort.
The beach promenade, with its numerous bars and taverns, invites you to stroll and stop in. Enjoy authentic local cuisine in the taverns and treat yourself to a look into the cooking pots. For your physical well-being in your stone house, numerous supermarkets and shops, such as butchers, bakers, pastry shops, etc., are available. A beautiful bay, kilometers of powder-fine sandy beach, and all necessary shopping options such as baker, butcher, newsstand, European daily newspapers, cafés, souvenir shops, and a silversmith invite you to stroll. There are small tavernas waiting for you with Greek dishes as well as freshly caught fish. If you want to do larger shopping, a Lidl and several well-stocked Greek supermarkets are easily accessible by rental car (approx. 15 minutes). Many adventure and excursion tours (Sithonia beach tour, monastery visits, city and shopping trips, etc.) can be booked directly with us on site. Hike and experience the still untouched nature of Sithonia and the special charm of the Holomondas mountains. In the immediate vicinity of Psakoudia there are bike paths for cycling.
