Description
The vacation home is located in a renovated outbuilding - formerly used as a barn - with a thatched roof of the Sattlerhof guesthouse, a Haubarg (former farmhouse) on the edge of the district Dorf of St. Peter-Ording. It is one of two identical semi-detached houses, has its own private entrance, and spans two floors.
On the ground floor, through the spacious hallway with a coat rack, you enter the living-dining room, approx. 50 sqm, with an integrated kitchenette. Facing west, with access to the garden, it receives a lot of natural light through its large windows. On the same floor, there is a separate toilet and a storage room under the stairs. 25 sq m in size, it includes a complete kitchenette with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as microwave, coffee maker, and kettle, equipped with the usual dishes and necessary kitchen equipment. A dining table by the window separates the kitchenette from the living area. There is a comfortable sofa bed that can easily be converted into a comfortable double bed when needed, seating furniture, and satellite TV. A Frisian "Klöntür" leads from the living room to the paved terrace with a beach chair and patio furniture. (Due to the thatched roof, open flame grilling is not allowed on the terrace). The terrace and a narrow green area are fenced in so that the guests' (small) dog can move around freely outside.
Also on the ground floor: The modern shower room with toilet and sink. An open staircase in the living area leads to the level under the sloping roofs on the upper floor with two beds. If necessary, a crib can be set up there; also, sleeping mats are available for older children. Additionally on the upper floor: another toilet with a washing facility. In the storage room under the stairs, there are clothes racks, vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket, etc. The rental of the holiday apartments is made for at least 5 nights; the apartment is suitable for two people, possibly with one or at most two children. During the main holiday season, arrival and departure should take place on weekends.

Location and surroundings of object
On the edge of the district called Dorf - nestled in meadows and fields, yet only just over one kilometer from the town center - is the HAUBARG SATTLERHOF. West Coast Park with Robbarium, REHA-Klinik Nordfriesland, and BG Nordsee REHA-Klinik are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest beach is the Südstrand at the village, but the wide beaches of Böhl and Ording are also easily accessible by bike, bus, or car. The bus stops four hundred meters away, the DB stop in St. Peter-Ording is seven kilometers away. Peter-Süd is just under one kilometer away.
Our spacious outdoor area with old trees offers opportunities for rest and relaxation in a natural setting; beach chairs and sun loungers are available. Children find opportunities for ball games and other activities. In the main building, cozy lounges invite guests to play, read, or watch TV, and the covered outdoor seating area in front of the house is available to guests in any weather; this is also where smokers are accommodated.
