Description

The private holiday apartment Belvedere is located in the municipality of Brenzone, about 6 km south of the well-known town of Malcesine on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. Surrounded by a well-kept Mediterranean garden with pool (10 x 8), the apartment is nestled among ancient olive groves, in a quiet, sunny hillside location. The apartment is part of an owners' residence. The lake is only about 100 m away and can be reached in a short walk of about 2 minutes. Shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are also within walking distance.
The apartment has a total living area of approx. 75 sqm and can be accessed at ground level from the garden via a separate entrance with a small terrace. The spacious living/dining area with integrated, almost new kitchenette impresses with its friendly Mediterranean colors and tasteful, elegant furnishings. From here you reach the built-in terrace with beautiful furnishings and breathtaking lake and mountain views over the entire central and northern part of Lake Garda. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is also a private, lockable underground parking space with washing machine and ample space for bicycles.

Brenzone sul Garda is a small municipality on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, about 6 km south of the well-known town of Malcesine. The place consists of 12 districts and is situated amid extensive olive groves, partly by the lake, partly on the slopes of the unique Monte Baldo massif. Brenzone offers its guests a variety of scenic and cultural-historical sights. The place has a very well-developed tourist infrastructure with shopping facilities as well as excellent restaurants and is nevertheless not as crowded as other places on Lake Garda. A variety of leisure and sports activities such as sailing, surfing, kiting, swimming, mountain biking, climbing, hiking, beach volleyball, golf, and tennis can be enjoyed in the immediate vicinity due to the favorable location between the beach and the mountains. In addition, Brenzone is the ideal starting point for sightseeing tours around Lake Garda or to Verona approx. 45 minutes, Mantua approx. 1 hour, the Dolomites approx. 1.5 hours, as well as to Venice and Milan approx. 1.5 hours and Florence 2.5 hours. Other fascinating cities of Northern Italy can also be reached within a radius of 2 hours.

Small and well-behaved dogs welcome, one-time fee of €20.
Laundry service available upon request for a fee.
