The well-kept detached house is situated in a quiet location just 300 meters from the sandy beach of Lido di Noto. It has a nice, large and enclosed plot (1500 sqm) with fragrant citrus trees, driveway and parking spaces. Of course, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The beach resort was awarded in 2010 with "five sails" for the cleanliness of the sea. After Noto leads to about 7 km, in the vicinity are a tennis court (1 km) and a swimming pool (6 km); Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The well equipped house (about 80 sqm) offers a spacious and cozy living room with sofa bed, 2 bed and satellite TV, 2 bedrooms with air conditioner, 2 bathrooms (shower, hairdryer), kitchen with a brick kitchen (***, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster ...) and exit to a terrace, which is equipped with a Sicilian, handpainted table; a second, large terrace in front of the house. For the colder seasons there - except for the air-conditioning units - even a wood stove in the living room; Wood is the most helpful, friendly and some German-speaking owner is available. The single house is very quiet, off the main streets and close to the beach. The small manageable place has beautiful sandy beaches, it offers plenty of rest, but also great restaurants, bars and plenty of opportunities for daily shopping. South of the fertile plain of Catania followed the karst cliffs at Brucoli and already is the ancient Syracuse not far, one of the greatest cities of antiquity, which has a beautiful cityscape today. The southeast of the island fascinated by magnificent landscapes with deep gorges, featured Baroque old towns like Noto -häufig as the most beautiful town in Sicily called and aufgenommen- by UNESCO in the World Heritage of Humanity, Palazzolo Acreide, Modica, Scigli and Ragusa (all were in the Unesco list of world cultural heritage of humanity was added) and the rather Farming Avola, one of the most important protected areas of the island and beautiful long sandy beaches ... the highest award of the coasts and water quality (sailing) and the tourist infrastructure (petals) by the environmental organization Lega Ambiente 2009!: 5 sails and 5 petals for several beaches near Syracuse and Noto! Thus this place teems with its highest distinction among the 12 top-ranked cities in all of Italy!

Very recommendable
The house is not very new, and there is some mould in the showers, but this is easily remedied, otherwise it is a very nice and cosy domicile, with two bedrooms, two showers and a shower in the garden, with a terrace tempting to long conversations at sunset. The host is exceptionally caring, friendly and accommodating. The fine sandy beach is beautiful to fall in love with. And there is much to experience on the island. We can recommend the house to others and would gladly come back again.
