Nice and bright apartment for 2 personnes, in a agreeable and renovated farmhouse. The property is situated in a small and quiet village in the South Burgundy, close to Beaune .
A covered and furnished terrace is also at the disposition of the flat with a lovely view on the park and pond. Livingroom with library and fireplace. Large TV screen, radio and CD- player, kitchen fully furnished and open to the sittingroom. spacious bedroom, equiped in according with your wishes, large bed or 2 singles beds, Shower room, WC. Internet/ WI-FI. Secured Place for bikes and car.
The flat with independent access, is a part of an completely renovated farmhouse .
The appartement is on the first floor and accessible by a comfortable starcase.
Ideal for nature-lovers. Discover the flora and the fauna of the River Doubs and the Saône. In the neighboorhood you can fishing, walking, biking, visiting museums, town of Beaune, the vineyards, Cluny with the national breedhouse for horses, visiting the environnemets of Dole (Jura) and much more, or simply relax.

Nice and bright apartment for 2 personnes, in a agreeable and renovated farmhouse. The property is situated in a small and quiet village in the South Burgundy, close to Beaune .The apartment is in the village of Pontoux ( 71270 ), in the countryside at the edge of the Doubs.
The geographic situation is : 12 km from the Railwaystation of Seurre (21250), 15 km from the access of the highway A 36/A6, 15 km from Verdun sur le Doubs (71350), 25 km to the airport of Dole (39190). 30 km from Beaune and 35 km from Dole. The apartment is in the village of Pontoux ( 71270 ), in the countryside at the edge of the Doubs.
Pontoux (71270), a small village with 270 inhabitants. The village is on the border of the river « Doubs « with an extraordinary flora and fauna. There are Footpaths for walking or roads for biking.
You will find also a little church with a romain part, .Today the church is mainly for weddings or funerals; there are rarely masses. No shops in the village but the bakker is passing every day, otherwise you will find a bakkery, at 1,5 km and a farmer who sells his season products directly on the farm. Urgently cozy holiday apartment in the midst of nature

I would like to sincerely thank the landlord, Mrs. Schneider, for these weeks, for the cozy, airy apartment with the dreamily beautiful garden, with much peace and plenty of nature. She was happy to provide advice and many lovely suggestions for trips by car and bicycle in this beautiful area. Also, some lovely swimming lakes, easily reachable by car, invite you to swim in the heat.

Wonderful relaxing holidays

We found in the "Physalis" exactly what was offered to us on the internet. Nothing is glossed over here, in fact it is not exaggerated, we felt extremely comfortable there, in bright sunshine, sometimes almost too hot. But the air conditioning in the house can help, or you have the opportunity to find a shady spot in the beautiful park-like garden.

This region offers plenty of opportunities for short, but also extended bicycle tours.

The very friendly landlord and landlady, the Schneider couple, are happy to provide advice and information if required. We felt very comfortable there and would like to spend a holiday there again soon.

We felt at home in the holiday flat from the first minute of our arrival to the last day. It is comfortably and tastefully furnished and, with a German-language library and an extensive CD collection, offers plenty of entertainment even in the darker months of the year. My football-loving husband was also pleased to find a German-language TV programme. A special highlight is the view from the balcony onto a park-like garden!
The friendly and reserved landlords were at our disposal with lots of little tips for shopping and things to do in the immediate vicinity. It was an extremely relaxing week, which we will definitely repeat at another time of year.

Recommended vacation apartment!

In the nicest summer weather, we spent two very relaxing weeks in the holiday apartment "Physalis". The spacious and cozy, very well-equipped apartment offered everything we needed. Above all, the view from the large, covered balcony into the park-like garden and the silence of the village surroundings were very soothing and relaxing for us.
Despite the unobtrusiveness of the landlords, we appreciated the personal contact that arose and the open and warm hospitality very much. They also gave us many good ideas for trips by car and bike (e-bike) in the Burgundian cultural landscape.
We fondly remember this stimulating and relaxing holiday!

Wonderful vacation

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

We were two people in the winter month of December for a week in the Physalis holiday apartment with the Schneider family, where we were warmly welcomed. After initial concerns, we were pleasantly surprised by this wonderfully light-flooded apartment. Very warm in all rooms thanks to the heat pump heating and a great fireplace. The rich library in 4 languages gives the apartment a special charm. Everything is really available in the kitchen, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, water heater, large refrigerator, just everything. We also appreciated the secure parking lot. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the wonderful park due to the weather, but we will come back in the summer months. Dear Schneider family, thank you very much and see you soon.
