The house is ideal for families with children. It has a spacious living-dining area on the ground floor, equipped with a sitting area, music system, flat screen TV, Swedish stove and an extendable dining table with enough chairs. Floor-to-ceiling windows with access to the sun terrace give this living-dining area a generous ambience
A wooden staircase leads to the attic with a master bedroom (double bed) and a children's bedroom (2 single beds).
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher) and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

In the converted, day-lit basement there is another living unit, consisting of an approx. 35 sqm large living/bedroom with a cosy sitting area and a double bed as well as another bathroom with WC and bathtub (only for occupancy up to 6 persons).
