The holiday home is located in the hills of the beautiful Pesciatina Switzerland with a wonderful view of the “Dieci Castella” and the landscape of the area.
The private swimming pool located in the large garden is also perfect for children. It is possible to sunbathe and relax on the comfortable deckchairs and armchairs, take advantage of the outdoor hot shower or enjoy delicious snacks at the poolside table.
The garden is completely fenced, also great for animal lovers who want to take their little friends with them during the holidays.
The lovely loggia can be used at any time of the day: during the day to relax in the shade and in the evening to dine outdoors. The house also has outside a barbecue, a pizza oven, an umbrella and a large wooden table.
Casa Tre Olivi is very tastefully furnished and is all on one floor.
The living room, thanks to the characteristic fireplace and countless other comforts, offers a pleasant stay even in winter.
The kitchen, connected to the living room, has a dishwasher, a stove, a wood oven and a large table for eight people.
Adjacent to it there is a closet and a mezzanine where there is a single bed and a double sofa bed.
In the sleeping area there are two spacious bedrooms, one double and the other twin, both connected to the garden, and two bathrooms: one with a rain shower and the other with a large whirlpool tub.

Casa tre Olivi is located near Pescia, a few meters from the village of San Quirico.
It is surrounded by numerous paths that connect it with the various "Castella", small villages built in pietra serena, perched on the hills of the Pesciatina Switzerland, connected to each other by scenic paths through oak and chestnut woods.
These routes are ideal for enjoying pleasant cycling tours or visiting the villages, which can also be easily reached by car.
Of great interest for tourists is certainly the visit of the nearby city of Pescia, of the Cathedral (17th century) and of the historic district of the city, but also of all the other churches which, although they are just a few meters away from each other. others have different architectural styles.
Pescia is the nearest town 10 minutes from the house, here you will find everything you need: bars, restaurants, pharmacies, typical food and supermarkets. For emergencies there is also a hospital.

Switzerland Pesciatina di Pescia takes its name at the end of the 18th century from Jean Charles Sismondi who, arriving in the Valleriana valley, reminded him of his home in Switzerland.
For hikers among you there are several paths: a large circular route (but partly along the road) for all 10 villages (10 Castella) to visit for it takes about 6 hours.
The 10 villages are: San Quirico, Aramo, Sorana, Castelvecchio, Vellano, Medicina, Fiabbialla, Stiappa, Pontito and Pietrabuona.
Previously there have been moments in 11 villages, above Aramo are the ruins of Lignana. It was completely destroyed in 1364 in the struggle between Florence and Pisa and never rebuilt.
