Description
The detached holiday home is very suitable for both families and couples (up to 7 people). Pets are also very welcome. The ground-level house stands on a fenced plot
From the hallway you enter the open, very cosy living area with a large window front facing southwest
This is also where you will find the spacious, partially covered terrace, which cannot be seen and is equipped with garden furniture and invites you to linger.
The living area also has a large dining area and a wood-burning stove.
The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, a fridge-freezer and a microwave
microwave. There is a washing machine and dryer in the adjacent utility room.
The house has three separate bedrooms
- Bedroom 1: double bed (2x 100x200cm), own terrace
- Bedroom 2: large single bed (1x 140x200), own terrace
- Bedroom 3:large single bed 1x140x200
There is a modern bathroom with shower and a second bathroom with bathtub at your disposal.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is in a very quiet location (dead-end street) in the small community of Tating in the west of the Eiderstedt peninsula. Tating is a 5-minute drive from St. Peter Ording with its beaches and the North Sea. The small Tating railway station is 500 m away. There are hourly connections to St. Peter-Ording and Husum.
The Eiderstedt peninsula has an extensive network of cycle paths. The beach is also easily accessible by bike.
Overall, there is a village atmosphere with small shops including a bakery. Two good restaurants are within walking distance.

Very cosy, well equipped holiday home in a quiet location
We felt very comfortable in the 'House in the Sun'. The large open living space with the big glass gable is very nice. For our family with 2 children and dog, everything we needed was there.
recommend for: seniors, holiday with children, holiday with pet, beach holiday
