The 4* non-smoking North Sea holiday home "Villa Belair Schmidt" is very comfortably and tastefully furnished. Everything is colourfully and harmoniously coordinated in fresh tones. You will want for nothing.
Due to the ground-level room layout, the 4* North Sea holiday home "Villa Belair Schmidt" is barrier-free, particularly senior-friendly and suitable for people with mobility restrictions. The house is easily habitable with a rollator, please contact the landlord if you use a wheelchair. Allergy sufferers can also feel at home here, so unfortunately pets are not allowed.
The 4* North Sea holiday home "Villa Belair Schmidt" has a total living area of 72 m² and has free WLAN, there are roller shutters and fly screens on all windows; 2 bedrooms with double beds in comfort height (mattresses with hardness level of 3) each with a flat screen TV; 1 bathroom with window and extra wide level shower and shower stool; separate guest toilet with window; living room with leather sofa and large flat-screen TV as well as DVD player; a dining area as well as a very well-equipped separate kitchen with Tassimo coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, baby bottle warmer, hand blender...and, and, and

Our 4* holiday homes "Villa Belair Schmidt" and "Chalet Belair Schmidt" are located in the seaside resort of Dorum-Neufeld in an idyllic setting - midway between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven - directly on the Wurster North Sea coast just a 5-minute walk from the dyke. A region characterised by natural forces and perfect nature. Enjoy your free time to relax.
In Dorum-Neufeld everything is within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home you will find a small grocery shop and various bakeries. Various restaurants with different food offers have something for every taste and hunger
The green beach, which directly adjoins the "Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park", offers bathing fun in the summer. There is an extra "dog beach" for four-legged friends to let off steam
A small indoor wellness pool invites you to bathe and pamper yourself at 28°C in bad weather. Right next to the open-air wave pool is the National Park House, where those interested in nature can find out about the Wadden Sea National Park. Guided mudflat walks are also offered.
For children of all ages, there is the large children's playhouse at the harbour. The lovely educators always provide a varied programme with many activities to join in.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 28 days before the arrival date.
In the event of a cancellation, a fee of 25.00 Euros always applies! Subsequently, the following cancellation fees will be incurred:
• up to 4 weeks before the arrival date: 60% of the total amount
• up to 3 weeks before the arrival date: 70% of the total amount
• up to 2 weeks before the arrival date: 80% of the total amount
• up to 1 week before the arrival date: 90% of the total amount
• from 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount
In the event of early departure or no-show, there will be no partial refund of the rental price!!!

Thank you for the excellent accommodation
We have been using Haus Bellair for several years now to spend our holidays on the North Sea coast. At least twice a year, and for several weeks at a time, we book with the Schmidt family. We have never experienced better service from them. No matter how small a query or problem we have, we get help immediately, especially from the caretaker of the house, Mrs Schlawiedt and her husband
As soon as we enter the holiday home, we are greeted by a very clean interior that really lacks nothing. Everything you need in a household has been thought of. We always feel "super comfortable" during our stay. The outdoor area also invites you to relax in very comfortable garden chairs, a large table and a parasol. Passers-by always risk a glance at the flowers. If the weather is not so nice, you can spend your time indoors. Games and other utensils can be used. We have already booked again for next year for 2 x for 4 weeks and are really looking forward to our holiday again. Thank you for everything!

Holiday at the North Sea-super idea!
The holiday home met our expectations perfectly! Even our daughter was able to move around freely with her walker. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The host family Schmidt happened to be there and took care of us touchingly. We can recommend this house without reservation!

Dreamy vacation accommodation
Dear Schmidt family,
Arrive and feel at home is the clear motto of Villa Belair.
You can immediately tell that the hosts enjoy staying here themselves, as nothing is lacking.
I have stayed in many vacation rentals in my 52 years, but here I was truly surprised.
Let's start with the outdoor area. Parking space on the property, no question.
Cozy terrace to relax, 1 handcart for beach gear, everything is there. The entrance area greets the guest families with a magnificent rose-lavender bed. Simply great.
Upon opening the front door, one can also see the attention to detail of the owners.
This starts with the beach chair key fob and ends in a kitchen that has more dishes than some people own. Here, it's not about quickly running the dishwasher every evening so that there are clean cups on the table the next day. Great. The furnishings of the house are very high quality, towels and bed linens naturally match the rest of the decor.
There is also no lack of appropriate decoration.
I wish you continued success with the rental of your house and will try to "slow down" again in this lovely accommodation next year.

Beautiful house - highly recommended!
Thank you very much for allowing us to vacation in your beautiful house.
This was by far the best holiday home we have ever booked.
Everything was perfect. Nothing was missing. Very tastefully and modernly furnished.
Every detail was taken care of here and everything was made very comfortable for the guest.

Herzlich Willkommen
Great equipment, nothing is missing, you feel comfortable.
The furnishings are very tasteful.
My personal highlight is the shower, nice and big.
It's also positive that blinds have been installed in front of the patio doors, so you don't feel like you're on display, very pleasant.
Conclusion: Take a vacation, book the house, arrive, feel comfortable, and enjoy.
