The room layout of the 4* North Sea holiday home "Chalet Belair Schmidt" is very spacious and particularly suitable for families, couples or senior citizens. Max. 2 dogs (knee-high) are welcome and can play in the fenced garden. The garden fence is 80 cm high. The terrace is not fenced in.
The 4* North Sea holiday home "Chalet Belair Schmidt" has a total living area of 85 m² and has free Wi-Fi, all windows have shutters and fly screens; 2 bedrooms with double beds at comfort height, each with a flat-screen TV, and 1 bedroom with a single bed 120 cm wide, also with a flat-screen TV; all bedrooms are on the upper floor; All mattresses have a hardness level of 3; 2 bathrooms with window and shower at ground level; washing machine; living room with wood-burning stove, leather sofa and large flat-screen TV and DVD player; a spacious dining area and a very well-equipped separate kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, Tassimo coffee machine, fridge, freezer, baby bottle warmer, blender....and, and, and

Our 4* holiday homes "Chalet Belair Schmidt" and "Villa Belair Schmidt" are located in the seaside resort of Dorum-Neufeld in an idyllic setting - midway between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven - directly on the Wurster North Sea coast just a 5-minute walk from the dyke. A region characterised by natural forces and perfect nature. Enjoy your free time to relax.
In Dorum-Neufeld everything is within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home you will find a small grocery shop and various bakeries. Various restaurants with different food offers have something for every taste and hunger
The green beach, which directly adjoins the "Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park", offers bathing fun in the summer. There is an extra "dog beach" for four-legged friends to let off steam
A small indoor wellness pool invites you to bathe and pamper yourself at 28°C in bad weather. Right next to the open-air wave pool is the National Park House, where those interested in nature can find out about the Wadden Sea National Park. Guided mudflat walks are also offered.
For children of all ages, there is the large children's playhouse at the harbour. The lovely educators always provide a varied programme with many activities to join in.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 28 days before the arrival date.
In the event of a cancellation, a fee of 25.00 Euros always applies! Subsequently, the following cancellation fees will be incurred:
• up to 4 weeks before the arrival date: 60% of the total amount
• up to 3 weeks before the arrival date: 70% of the total amount
• up to 2 weeks before the arrival date: 80% of the total amount
• up to 1 week before the arrival date: 90% of the total amount
• from 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount
In the event of early departure or no-show, there will be no partial refund of the rental price!!!

Dream holiday
This property actually offers everything that is needed for a relaxed holiday. The beach chair at the dog beach, the equipment of the flat left nothing to be desired.
Even minor problems (no hot water) were solved as quickly as possible.

Traum Ferienhaus
A very tasteful house. Everything is just right here. When you enter this house, you immediately feel comfortable. You also have contact with the owners from the beginning because they rent out their holiday home themselves, and you handle everything with them. This contact was very warm.
