In recent years, we have modernised and renovated the house with great attention to detail. We have painstakingly restored much of the furniture and furnishings, made them ourselves and lovingly put them together for you. We have put all our heart and soul into the Alte Wagnerei, which, by the way, is a listed building
The holiday home is located in a small, quiet lane right in the heart of Neuhausen. With a total of 120 m² of living space, our house offers enough room for 5 adults as well as a small child
The quaint building has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate WC, a large modern kitchen and an open-plan dining and living room.
The house is equipped according to modern standards. In addition to a dishwasher, coffee maker, ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, oven, microwave, large plasma TV, DVD player, stereo system, free Wi-Fi etc., no wishes will be left unfulfilled.
Discover the historic kitchen cooker, the large old sink or the rustic open beams. We are sure that you will want for nothing. Experience the successful contrast between the traditional and the modern!
With the beautiful soapstone stove in the living room, you can get in the mood for a wonderful evening on the cosy sofa and enjoy the crackling of the fire with a nice glass of wine. We have a selection of fine wines from the region ready for you in the antique wine cage
Help yourself to our book corner after an eventful day. There is a selection of books for young and old to browse through. From detective stories to fairy tales, there is something for every taste.
On cool autumn or winter days, how about a delicious cheese fondue at our large table in the cosy dining room? Or enjoy your coffee in the sunshine with a large piece of cake on our wooden bench on the veranda overlooking the charming Wingertgasse
The small and fine garden invites you to linger on glorious summer days. A charcoal grill, a large seating area with parasol and sun chairs are waiting for you to use them. Flavour your dishes with fresh herbs from our own herb garden - chives, parsley, thyme, rosemary and more are ready to be harvested depending on the season. Various fruit trees tempt you with their fruits, which you are welcome to nibble on.
Our house is allergy-friendly. There are floorboards and tiles throughout the house. Animals must therefore unfortunately stay at home. Smoking in the house is prohibited
In the former stable, your bicycles or the pram will find a protected and lockable shelter.
A private parking space is located directly on the property.
All rooms can be heated with wood via the soapstone stove in the living room. In addition, there is an electric radiator in each room. The costs for the heating are calculated according to consumption at your departure
In the Alte Wagnerei, our four bicycles invite you to discover the northern Black Forest. This service is of course also free of charge for you
In Neuhausen you will find all the necessary facilities: Baker, butcher, town hall, beverage shop, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, hairdresser, beauty salon are all within walking distance. At the end of the village there is a large discount grocery store and other shops.

Well-being oasis
On arrival, we received a friendly welcome from the landlord and were given a briefing. The Alte Wagnerei holiday home is cosily furnished and very clean. There were also small gifts for us. The equipment is functional and sufficient. The house is situated in the centre of the village and close to the baker, butcher and supermarket. We can recommend the Alte Wagnerei and will certainly spend our holidays there again.
