Dream holiday home for up to 6 people on the southern North Sea.
Our comfort house is located in the Cuxland holiday park on the Wurster North Sea coast in Dorum-Neufeld. It is one of the newest houses in the park (since July 2014)!
Ground floor:
A spacious bathroom/WC with large shower, designer washbasin and professional hairdryer awaits you on the ground floor.
Directly opposite is the 3rd bedroom, not everyone likes to climb stairs!
The kitchen is complete: Siemens electrical appliances, oven, ceramic hob, ceramic sink, microwave, dishwasher! Refrigerator with ice compartment
The great living/dining area with wood-burning stove creates the right atmosphere for a cosy end to the day!
Enjoy the 40" TV with BluRay player, Sky-Bundesliga, -Disney and - Spielfilm!
Attic:
Here you will find a cosy parents' bedroom (double bed) with cot and a (children's) room with 2 single beds
Modern flat-screen TVs are installed in both bedrooms!
A WC (small but nice) is also available, a spacious built-in wardrobe will also accommodate your suitcases!!!
Terrace:
Due to its location, the terrace offers a high degree of privacy. Here you can enjoy the sunset with an unobstructed view to the south and west, maybe a glass of wine at the barbecue, and always have your little ones in view on the playground about 50 m away!
In the adjoining boiler room there is a modern washing machine and a large selection of garden furniture
We have put a lot of emphasis on style and quality of the furnishings. And our guests appreciate that.

Up to 6 people can get away from it all here. But even for 2 people it offers the ideal comfort base for a little escape from everyday life!

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in Cuxland, more precisely on the Wurster North Sea coast in the holiday resort of Dorum-Neufeld in the Cuxland Holiday Park, virtually between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven.

Robbie's Nest is situated in the newer part of the park on a 400 sqm plot with an unobstructed view from the south-east to the north-west, pure relaxation! You will enjoy it ☺.
The reception in the central hotel is only a few minutes' walk away. The keys are handed over there and you will find competent contact persons for "this and that"...

The Cuxland is certainly one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany.
Nestled between the two world ports of Hamburg and Bremen/Bremerhaven, there are endless things to do in the land between the Elbe and Weser rivers - moated castles, moors, museums and the harbours!

A visit to the free port of Bremerhaven is simply an adventure. We recommend one of the official bus tours, which take you right up close to the big ships
And don't miss the Havenwelten in Bremerhaven, the Klimahaus is a declaration of love to the planet, a unique experience!

The spa administration in Dorum-Neufeld has a wealth of documents with excursion destinations for you

And do you know that you live between the two "fish capitals" of Germany? Bremerhaven and a visit to the local fish restaurants, preferably directly in the harbours, will show you how good fresh fish really tastes, it doesn't get any fresher than this!

Dorum-Neufeld is a real holiday resort
The largest resort in the village is the Cuxland Ferienpark with the central hotel, just a few minutes' walk from the house.
Only about 600m away from Robbie's Nest is the area around the Deichschlösschen, here you will find restaurants, bars, an ice cream parlour, souvenir shop, a small supermarket, and the best baker in Dorum ☺.
The dog agility course is right next door. For guests of the Cuxland Ferienpark, use is free of charge, there is even a free trainer lesson (high season), info in the reception of the

After another 300-400 metres you will cross the dyke and then you have to decide: turn right to the Kutterhafen (cutter harbour) with a small, colourful world of stalls offering all kinds of delicacies (fish, pizza, coffee, ice cream)
left to the spa administration or to the beach/dog beach and the "Wattn Bad", the brand-new seawater wave pool and indoor swimming pool! The bath is unique, with a giant slide, underwater loungers, etc
And in the high season ( - ), admission is free for spa card holders!!!

Great holiday
What should one write here? The house really offers everything you need for living. So pure relaxation. Everything very clean, very nice contact. Thank you so much for that, and we will definitely come back!

Very gladly again...
We will gladly come back... a holiday home that lacks nothing, furnished with attention to detail, and both children and dogs (the property is fenced) are welcome. The terrace is almost not visible (other people are sitting on the "display stand")... simply beautiful. The mudflats and the small center are easily reachable on foot. The relatively high cleaning costs also seem to be well invested... everything was very clean. As I said... gladly again!

Cuxland yes!
We felt more like visitors at someone else's home. The "vacation home feeling for US" was missing, as there wasn't even enough space in the closet for our things. Every drawer, every cabinet, every corner was filled with something. A colorful jumble of small side tables, numerous rugs, place mats, doormats.... Too much of everything. Hardly any free spaces that could have just been intended for guests. Boxes, crates, baskets, decoration.... As if only the most personal things were removed for our stay, only to move back in directly afterward.
The cleanliness in the house was terrible. In the bedroom and one of the children's rooms, there had been no vacuuming at all before our arrival. On the first day, the voles came out from under the marital bed. Human and animal hair could be found everywhere, unfortunately also on the dishes, as well as on the shelves and beds. Nothing against animals! We knew that pets were allowed. But the mess really made us cringe. Shards under the carpet in the living room were our absolute proof that no thorough cleaning could have taken place! The dishwasher didn't wash properly. This was because glass cleaner and salt should have been refilled by the owner. Thus, we had to wash our dishes by hand. The smell in the house reminded us of eel and could not be removed even with long, repeated airing. Unfortunately, a big disappointment. We did not feel well.

Liebe Gäste B. aus L., Danke für die ganz eigenen subjektiven Momentaufnahmen . Wie immer sollte man unterscheiden zwischen objektiven Mängeln des Hauses und Lagen, die durch das mehr oder weniger gute Benehmen von Menschen entstanden sind. .
Gerade das Housekeeping vom Cuxlandpark ist für gute Arbeit bekannt. Es ist Saisonende und da kann schon einmal etwas durchrutschen. Und ggf. stehen dann auch Dinge nicht an dem Platz wo sie hingehören...
Deshalb bieten wir unseren Gästen den Top-Service der 24-Stunden Erreichbarkeit von Cuxlandpark, die Möglichkeit einer unverzüglichen Nachreinigung, den Kontakt zur Rezeption und zu den Hausmeistern. Die sind für unsere Gäste kostenlos da!

Wünscht der Gast die Nutzung des Geschirrspülers, so kümmert er sich selbst um die Reinigungs-Utensilien. Eigentümer sind nicht zuständig!
Ein GS funktioniert auch ohne extra Salz und Klarspüler, die gute Reinigungskapsel reicht.

Unser Haus wurde am 22.10.23 von zwei sehr erfahrenen Mitarbeitern des Housekeeping gereinigt. Es erfolgte auch eine Nachprüfung durch die Hausdame!
Fazit: Auch ein unangenehmer Geruch wurde nicht festgestellt! Cuxland hätte das Haus nie mit Fischgeruch übergeben. Da gibt es professionelle Mittel.

Das Haus gehört zur Gruppe der guten Häuser im Park mit hoher Auslastung.
Unsere Zielgruppe der Gäste (Familie mit Kindern) liebt die komplette Ausstattung...Für die sind Gegenstände wichtig die andere Gäste vielleicht stören.
Das hat nichts mit der Qualität des Hauses zu tun.
Für uns gehören Tischsets zur Esskultur. Unser Gäste mit Kindern lieben es ebenfalls.

Es wird Winter, wir sind froh unseren Gästen einen hochwertigen Schuhabstreifer zu bieten, komplettiert durch einen Sauberlauf-Teppich...

Simply super!!
The entire house is extremely cozy and lovingly furnished in a maritime but modern style. We have never had such a variety of kitchen equipment in any holiday home before (various ZWILLING brand knives, practical ones with magnets on the wall, various glasses for wine, sparkling wine, water, schnapps, wheat beer, etc., a variety of cups (including espresso), mugs, etc.). The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the great terrace, it was November after all. However, we saw the sunset twice from the living room. Our 4-year-old granddaughter, who visited us for the weekend, was thrilled with "her" children's room, the treasure chests, and the toys offered. We were here as a couple with our dog Ronja and we were thrilled!! There is nothing missing here. Dogs can have their paws rinsed off outside. So we will definitely come back.
