Description

Marniga, a small romantic village that belongs to the municipality of Brenzone.

From here it is only 50 m to the lake and 300 m to the center of Brenzone.

Our house has a modern apartment which is completely renovated. The apartment has a kitchen (including coffee machine and microwave), living room with sofa and satellite TV, a bedroom with double bed as well as a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower. All prices include bed linen, towels, garage, and WiFi.

Our house is located in the historic old town, far from the noise and bustle of the street. In just a few steps you can reach the center of Brenzone.

Marniga is a small center of Brenzone.
Our house is located in the historic old town, away from the noise of Strasbourg.
In a few steps you can reach the center of Brenzone. The small community brenzone located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda.
Brenzone consists also sixteen larger size and smaller hamlets, where life is still a "people to Mass" possible. Marniga is one of those small towns.
The villages extend across the east coast and on the slopes of Mount Baldo up into mountainous heights. The Monte Baldo with its up to 2,218 meters above sea level, popular with paragliders and easily accessible via a monorail, offers exciting hiking and biking between rich woods and olive groves, and finally a splendid view of the lake.

pure relaxation

We have been guests at Casa Rocco very often, experiencing great warmth from the hosts. We feel like we are in a large family and we always enjoy coming back to Lake Garda. The apartment is perfect for everything one likes to do: trips to Venice, Trento, Verona. The location of the apartment is also perfect. Thank you for everything. Best regards, Karin and the family. Everything was clean, which is very important. The description on the website is exactly as described on-site.

Holiday in Marniga

We stayed with 3 people in this very nice holiday apartment for 2 weeks.
It is a very tastefully and practically furnished apartment where you feel at home. The landlords are very friendly and help where they can. From this place you can easily go on excursions by bus or car. It's just a stone's throw to Lake Garda.
The restaurant "Belvedere" in the village is highly recommended. It's just a dreamlike area.
Maybe just as a small hint, it would be very good if there was a vacuum cleaner in the apartment.
We'll be back.

Very nice and clean holiday flat

The holiday flat is located in a quaint, quiet and charming little village. From the balcony you have a view over the roofs to Lake Garda. There are 3 balconies! In the living room and both bedrooms. The flat itself is very spacious and really nice and absolutely clean! The kitchen is small, but nice and modern and equipped with everything you need. The staircase is also very neat and clean. You can see that it is taken care of here!

There is a garage space for the car.

The landlords are very friendly and you always get a direct answer!

We were also there with 2 small four-legged friends. It was no problem at all!

We had a great time and can absolutely recommend this accommodation!

We would come again at any time.

Most beautiful holiday apartment at Lake Garda

There is nothing missing, great facilities. Modern and comfortable. New bathroom. Three balconies and a sensational view over the rooftops of Brenzone sul Garda to Lake Garda. Romantic sunset guaranteed! Very lovable landlords, also speak German. Great restaurants, bar, and lake within walking distance. We have been there several times already! Many greetings :-)

relaxed holiday

we stayed for a week in the great modern flat, everything was the best, bright, super cosy with wood, everything you need was there. We were very taken by the cordiality. Two days before departure our car broke down we had to call adac but it was no problem because the landlady was so helpful she took care of a taxi a friend of hers luisa was so nice she drove us to pick up the car after the repair very helpful and super nice a big thank you to goriga and luisa for the great support we will gladly book this flat again thank you very much for everything kind regards karin gerhardt and roman ruppitsch

very nice holiday apartment

We stayed in the holiday apartment as a couple. The location is very good for exploring the north, south, or Verona. Supermarket and restaurants (recommended: Belvedere) are within walking distance. The landlady and her family are really nice and respond immediately to any questions. Unfortunately, at the lake, there are only small bathing bays without shade; water shoes are probably important. All in all, we can definitely recommend the apartment.

Very nice, comfortable, and spacious holiday apartment!! WONDERFUL!!

We were at Lake Garda for the first time, unfortunately only for a week. Marniga is wonderful for a relaxing holiday, the beautiful cities on the eastern coast of Lake Garda are easily accessible by bus. The location of the holiday apartment is perfect, you are quickly at the lake and the bus stops right in front of the front door! Nearby there is the great restaurant BELVEDERE with delicious food and very friendly staff! The apartment's furnishings are in as-new condition, everything is very clean and tastefully decorated. The WiFi was great for quick searches, and there's also satellite TV. The Zamperini family is very kind and helpful, thank you so much! The only thing that could be improved: buy a few new pots if you plan to cook occasionally and a toaster. I will definitely come back soon!

Great vacation, amazing weather, nice people

We were 5 people in the vacation rental on the 2nd floor. We really liked it and would go back again. Safety is a top priority here, everything is up to date, and the car was securely parked in the garage. The rooms are indeed as shown in the photos, and the beach is only a short 5 minutes away. There are enough dining options within walking distance for hungry guests. There is a small supermarket in the town that unfortunately doesn't have a lot of selection, but it's okay for the first shopping trip. For major shopping, it's best to go to Malcesine to Eurospar or Lidl.
There are two, three small things that could be improved, then it would be perfect.
A sunscreen for the balcony (awning, parasol, or similar) and having soap in the bathroom, as well as garbage bags. But as I said, just small things. Thank you very much again to the Zamperini family. Great vacation. Warm regards, Musiol and Antesberger family from Gera.

beautiful apartment at Lake Garda

We stayed in this beautiful holiday apartment for 1 week. There is a lot of space, modern and comfortable. It has a garage and is only 50 meters to Lake Garda. There is everything around you, the beach, shopping opportunities, hiking trails, restaurants, bars, etc. The landlords are really very friendly. We felt very comfortable and would definitely go on vacation there again at any time. This investment is definitely worth it. We can only recommend this apartment!
