Comfortable Swedish houses by the lake - absolutely recommendable!

We spent a weekend with friends in the red and yellow house. The houses are tastefully furnished and well equipped (right down to the egg boiler). Everything still seems very new. Communication with the hosts was a pleasure. They were also always available on site and left nothing to be desired. The Königssee is very idyllic. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached in under a minute and invites you to swim often.

Erholung pur

The house, especially the kitchen, is well equipped. Soap, hairdryer, and toilet paper were also available. The lake right next door is beautiful and certainly invites you to swim in the summer.
Very nice hosts and a very good and uncomplicated process.

Perfekter Urlaub

We spent a wonderful summer vacation at the holiday farm with mostly over 30 degrees! The perfect location by the lake! We stayed in two holiday apartments at the holiday farm! It was great there too! Very spacious and nice! The children (1, 4, 6, 8 years) enjoyed it with the animals and the shady playground! Then, as planned, we moved to the red house during the holiday! Everything was great there and perfect with the one-minute walk to the lake! It's also nice that you can reach the North Sea (Wilhelmshaven/Dangast) in 30 minutes and other excursion destinations (Jaderpark, Landerlebnis Westerstede, Vareler Hafen) are about 20 to 30 minutes away! And the landlords are just all super nice! We will gladly go back there!

Alles super

We were three adults and felt very comfortable. All the "new men and women" we met were very friendly. Everything a person needs was available. Everything we had brought along (you learn from experience) was not necessary. We cycled a lot, the area is great for that.

wonderful - loving - friendly

Great holiday home, lovingly decorated, super friendly, great communication. The house is beautifully located by Lake Königssee, the ideal place to relax, go on excursions, and enjoy a vacation. We were there for the first time (on a valid recommendation!) and will come back. We felt completely comfortable all around.

Super Urlaub

Super house, very nice and always helpful landlords. The lake can be reached in one minute on foot. You are very dependent on the weather with young children, but we were lucky. Older schoolchildren quickly find their way to the playground at the farm café on their own.

Absolutely recommendable!

We (2 adults, 1 child) spent 9 relaxing days in the "blue house"! The house is lovingly furnished and very well equipped (e.g. microwave, oven, egg cooker, hairdryer...) - including bread service if desired! Upon arrival, a welcome greeting awaited us and flowers were on the table, a warm gesture from the landlord family. The house is otherwise clean and modern. The location right by Lake Königssee is perfect, as the weather was fantastic, we were able to swim and relax on the beach.
We also visited the North Sea beach in Dangast several times, wandered around the harbor in Varel, and enjoyed the Jaderpark (great!). There is something for everyone.
We thoroughly enjoyed the invitation for coffee and cake at the country cafe next door and look back happily on a completely successful, relaxing vacation! A heartfelt thank you to the Deyen/Neumann family, we will definitely come back!

Short break was a surprise.

Our short break in the "red Swedish house" was great. A really nice, quiet, clean, and cozy house with a lot of space for everyone. The view of the forest and the lake in the sunshine was wonderful. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

Beautifully situated, nicely furnished houses. Perfect for a holiday with children. The property is fenced, so the children could play outside wonderfully. The houses are stylishly furnished and child-friendly. Very nice landlords who took great care. The proximity to the lake is great. The distance to the sea becomes secondary.

Urlaub mit Teenagern

We are returning once again to the Neumann family. The new cottages are very well equipped. If something is missing, the family is very eager to provide it. Many excursion options available. The cake at Ella's Landcafe is highly recommended, especially the lemon tart. If desired, there is a bread roll service. These are delivered to the doorstep every morning on time.

Ruhige Lage

We (2 adults and 3 children) felt very comfortable. The house is clean and we liked it very much. Quiet location directly by a swimming lake. The landlords are very friendly and the bread service every morning was great. It was not the last time we were there.

A nice short vacation.

Dear Neumann family,
We really enjoyed our vacation at your place. We were warmly welcomed, even though we arrived relatively late at the holiday home due to a mishap.
The bread delivery service was excellent. The house was beautifully decorated, not outdated, and above all, very clean, which I personally always find very important.
We would have liked to have had a bit more crockery at times so that we wouldn't have had to run the dishwasher as often, but it was still okay. , that doesn't detract from the great house. Unfortunately, due to health reasons, I couldn't go for a walk to Königssee, but my children really enjoyed it there. After about two days, when we had settled in a bit, we also found a beautiful beach by the sea not far away. It was a great vacation, as confirmed by my two younger boys.

Everything is great!

From start to finish, everything was very good. The welcome was warm. The house was very clean and excellently furnished. Everything was there. Even the bread rolls were delivered early in the morning. If you want to help yourself, there is a very idyllic country café next door where you could have breakfast after making a reservation. 10 meters away is a beautiful lake with a sandy beach. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Dangast and Varel. About 40 minutes to Horumersiel.
We would gladly come back.

Arrive and feel comfortable!

Arrive and feel comfortable... that's how our vacation started, thanks to a friendly welcome and a great house. The lake and the whole area are quiet and very beautiful. Perfect for relaxing and slowing down. Our children had fun at the lake and on small bike tours (the bike paths are well-developed and signposted). Many other leisure activities can be reached within an hour by car. I could write a lot more about what contributed to our lovely vacation here, but... just book it yourself, enjoy, and experience ;)

Highly recommended!!

We were guests at the yellow house. The wooden house has a very cozy room climate. Everything you need is there, really good equipment. The landlords are very nice.

A great bathing lake is 2 minutes away, it has a beautiful sandy beach.

Many destinations are easily accessible by car. It takes 20 minutes by car to reach the North Sea beach in Dangast.

We visited the Naval Museum in Wilhelmshaven, Bad Zwischenahn, Bensersiel, Hooksiel (great beach), Carolinensiel. Neuharlingersiel.

Northern Germany is so beautiful and everyone is so super friendly!!

Quiet, family-friendly, clean.

Beautiful Swedish houses, brand new and very clean! The bread delivery service delivers to the doorstep. The nearest shopping facilities are easily accessible by car, so the surroundings are very quiet. A small swimming lake is right in front of the property. Perfect in the summer! We were welcomed very warmly, it was a great holiday!
