Only three apartments are housed in this House on a slight hill. The standing for rent fully furnished penthouse with an approximately 14 sqm terrace, can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment incl. Terrace (54 sqm) consists of a large living bedroom, a bedroom and shower / WC. Of course there is air conditioning for a pleasant temperature on hot days. SAT-TV with all German and Austrian programs is self-evident.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. An electric stove with oven, kettle, dishwasher, brand new Nespresso machine and a filter coffee machine contribute that you can enjoy your holiday even more relaxing.
Experience unforgettable moments on the terrace by candlelight and delicious dishes from the grill and raclette from the gas grill, which are also available.
As a further service are a sun bed, umbrellas and mats for the beach and a private covered car park.

Location and surroundings of object
Only about 2 minute walk from the sea. It offers small swimming pools with moles, or can be reached in about 5 minutes, the beach resorts of Jadranovo where it is ideal to swim with children. Even friends of naturism find for a about 8 minutes walk a lonely place. Jadranovo is a small romantic place, where there are no hotels and campsites. Local restaurants, small cafes and ice cream parlors along the beach promenade invite you to linger.
All you need for your kitchen, see the butcher or grocery store right in town.
If you would like to escape times of peace, want to go shopping, we recommend you to visit Crikvenica. 9 km is the many tourists very popular tourist destination of Jadranovo away.
A visit to the neighboring island of Krk worth which can be seen directly from the terrace. The small town Jadranovo can be found on the mainland, opposite the famous island of Krk, in the Kvarner bay. Vacation with children
Very nice holiday apartment with a large rooftop terrace and a unique view. The parking space is right in front of the door and the sea is only a 3-minute walk away.
The landlords were super friendly, very helpful, and reachable by phone at any time.
We would love to come back.

Little jewel in Jadranovo
We have arrived and immediately felt an absolute sense of comfort. A vacation couldn't have started better. The apartment is modern/tasteful/functional. There is actually nothing missing. A small downside: unfortunately no Wi-Fi in the apartment. The terrace with the view over the entire bay from Jadranovo to the KRK bridge on the other side is breathtaking. And absolutely quiet location. Also very important for us: Direct contact with the dear landlords was always possible without any problems for questions (in German).
Conclusion: absolutely recommendable - we have already reserved for next year!

Dreamlike
We were able to spend a wonderful vacation here as 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 dog.
The landlords were very kind and warmly greeted us by phone, even making it possible for us to check into the apartment much earlier.
Once again, a big thank you for that.
We are still thrilled and blown away by the dream view from the rooftop terrace, simply amazing.
On the last day, we even had the great luck to observe dolphins in the sea. Thank you very much again, we will definitely recommend you further.

Very nice accommodation
We, 2 adults, 2 children, and a small dog, enjoyed our time in the apartment and especially the fantastic view from the rooftop terrace. The contact with the landlady and her husband was excellent. The apartment has everything you need as a self-caterer on vacation. The area around Jadarnovo is beautiful, and the water quality of the sea is top-notch. We will definitely book this holiday apartment again in the coming years. A big thank you to Mrs. Wimmer and her husband for the wonderful time.

Insider tip!!! Absolutely beautiful!
We enjoyed a wonderfully beautiful vacation in this small cozy apartment. The view from the large roof terrace was simply phenomenal and made every morning very special! The apartment's equipment is top-notch, it was sparkling clean and lacked nothing. The parking space belonging to the apartment is worth its weight in gold in this beautiful little town! Particularly noteworthy is the super nice and caring "care" of the landlords!!! Although they were not on site, they were always reachable and even gave us tips on the best travel route in advance. . .
We experienced a lot, explored the area, and the island of KRK is definitely worth a visit!
We will certainly not be there for the last time! ! !

Wir sind angekommen und hatten sofort ein absolutes Wohlfühlgefühl . Besser hätte ein Urlaub nicht anfangen können. Die Wohnung ist modern/ geschmackvoll/ funktionell eingerichtet. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Kleiner Wermutstropfen: leider kein WLAN in der Wohnung.
Die Terrasse mit dem Blick über die ganze Bucht von Jadranovo bis hin zur KRK-Brücke auf der anderen Seite ist atemberaubend. Und absolute ruhige Lage.
Auch für uns sehr wichtig: Ein direkter Kontakt zu den lieben Vermietern war immer problemlos möglich bei Fragen ( auf deutsch ).
Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert - wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr reserviert!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit großer Dachterrasse und einem einzigartigen Blick. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Haustür und das Meer nur 3min zu Fuss entfernt.
Die Vermieter waren super freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und telefonisch jeder Zeit erreichbar.

Wir durften als 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind und 1 Hund einen wunderschönen Urlaub hier verbringen.
Die Vermieter waren so nett und haben uns telefonisch herzlich Begrüßt und es sogar machbar gemacht das wir viel Früher in die Wohnung können.
Auf diesem Weg nochmals ein großes Dankeschön.
Wir sind noch immer Begeistert, und hin und weg von dem Traum Ausblick von der Dach-Terrasse einfach Mega.
Am letzten Tag hatten wir sogar das große Glück, und konnten Delphine im Meer beobachten.
Vielen lieben Dank nochmals, wir werden euch auf alle Fälle weiter Empfehlen.

Wir 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein kleiner Hund haben die Zeit in der Wohnung und vor allem den fantastischen Ausblick von der Dachterrasse sehr genossen.
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und ihrem Mann war erstklassig.
In der Wohnung befindet sich alles was man als Selbstversorger im Urlaub benötigt.
Die Gegend um Jadarnovo ist wunderschön und die Wasserqualität vom Meer erstklassig.
Wir werden diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall in den nächsten Jahren wieder buchen.

Wie durften einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub in dieser kleinen gemütlichen Ferienwohnung erleben.
Der Ausblick, welcher sich uns von der großen Dachterasse bot, war einfach phänomenal und hat jeden Morgen zu einem ganz besonderen gemacht !?
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist top, es war blitzsauber und es fehlte an nichts.
Der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz ist in diesem wunderschönen Örtchen Gold wert!
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die supernette und liebevolle " Betreuung" der Vermieter!!! Obwohl sie nicht vor Ort sind, waren sie stets erreichbar und haben uns sogar im Vorfeld Tipps zur besten Reiseroute gegeben...
Wir haben viel erlebt, die Gegend erkundet, auch die Insel KRK ist wirklich einen Besuch wert!
Wir waren Ganz bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da!!!

Es ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit einer tollen Aussicht vom Balkon/Terasse aus. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Zumdem auch sehr hilfreich bei der Organisierung mit unserem Boot. Sehr praktisch ist es, dass die Wohnung eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine besitzt. Da in Jadranovo die Straßen sehr eng sind, waren wir sehr froh den Parkplatz, welcher sich direkt vor der Wohnung befindet, benutzen zu dürfen. Wir werden die Wohnung ganz bestimmt wieder buchen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist so wie beschrieben gewesen, Aussicht und Lage top.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bei Fragen konnte man sie immer kontaktieren. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat ist, der Hund konnte dort überall mit hin, keine drei Minuten bis zum Strand und wenn man sich Essens Technisch verwöhnen lassen wollte hatte man eine gute Lokalität in fünf Minuten erreicht.
In der Umgebung gab es für Tagesausflüge genügend zu finden.

Wir waren eine Woche mit Hund und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Liebevoll eingerichtet und ein traumhafter Ausblick!! Vermieter waren sehr nett und bemüht. Alles war so, wie beschrieben!! Sehr ruhiger Ort mit vielen ruhigen Plätzchen am Meer mit glasklarem Wasser. War schön und erholsam!

Wunderschöner Meerblick. Kleine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gute Betreuung durch Vermieter(in). Ganzer Ablauf lief problemlos und Vermieter hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Gute Vorinformationen. Jadranovo ist ruhig und nicht mit Touristen überschwemmt. Klares Wasser, unsere Kinder hatten viel Freude am Tauchen mit Schnorchel, da viele Fische zu entdecken sind. Rundum gelungene und erholsame Ferien. Kroaten sind nette Leute. Wir sind begeistert von Kroatien und empfehlen den Aufenthalt ohne Vorbehalte weiter.

Wir waren als Familie mit Hund in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. In der Wohnung ist alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Traumhaft ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse. Besonders die Ruhe haben wir sehr genossen, auch zum Baden findet man hier ruhige und schöne Fleckchen! Alles in allem kann man diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Wir würden wieder dorthin fahren!

Eure kleine aber feine Wohnung hat alles was braucht um den stressigen Alltag zu entkommen-wunderschöne ruhige Lage, mit einem einzigartigen Ausblick, Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre und nur einen Katzensprung vom Meer entfernt.

werden diese Ferienwohnung immer weiter empfehlen, Traumhafter Ausblick von der Dachterrasse auf die Adria, die Strandpromande nicht weit, lädt zum Shoppen ein, grösser Städte sind leicht zu erreichen, super freundliche Vermieter die vor Ort waren und uns alles erklärten, Strandnähe wie beschrieben, Einheimische sind freundlich und nett, ...
Wir reisten mit Hund an, der von den Vermietern auch herzlichst empfangen wurde.. Wir werden unseren nächsten Urlaub ganz sicher wieder dort verbringen...

Ich und meine Freundin genossen den Aufenthalt in dieser herrlichen Dachterrassenwohnung sehr.
Ein Ort richtig zum Abschalten. Wer Trubel liebt ist hier nicht am richtigen Ort. Uns war wichtig uns total zu erholen. Am Morgen genossen wir schon den phantastischen Blick auf die Insel Krk. Die große Terrasse ist einfach herrlich. Es ist ein tolles Feeling hier zu sitzen, den Sonnenaufgang zu genießen oder bei einem herrlichen Glas Rotwein den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Toll fanden wir es auch das wir weder Geschirr Spül Tabs noch Küchenrollen oder Toilettenpapier mitnehmen mussten. Hier gibt es auch Möglichkeiten für FKK, ein ganz kleiner Platz, wir hatten ihn ganz für uns alleine. Das Meer ist auch nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Wenn wir Unterhaltung suchten, fuhren wir 6 km nach Crikvenica. Auch die Insel Krk ist einen Ausflug wert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir haben im August knapp zwei Wochen in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Man kann sich dort wie zuhause fühlen, denn die Wohnung ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, so wie es in der Beschreibung steht.
Der Ausblick von dem Balkon auf die Insel Krk ist gigantisch, morgens zum Frühstücken super schön.....
Wer Trubel sucht ist hier eindeutig falsch, Jadranovo hat außer ein paar Kneipen, Eiscafes und Bars nichts zu bieten. Uns hat es trotzdem sehr gut gefallen, wir haben mit dem Auto die umliegenden Orte besucht.
Der Kontakt vor der Anreise mit den Vermietern war herzlich und wirklich vorbildlich. Danke nochmal dafür. Vielleicht kommen wir ja mal wieder, auf alle Fälle werden wir Sie weiter empfehlen.
