The house was originally built in 1962 and has been continuously expanded. Living area renovated and newly furnished in 2016.
A large living area with fitted kitchen is at your disposal, as well as a bedroom on the upper floor with a double bed and a large additional bed for one to two people.
Browse through a large selection of books with your children, waiting to be discovered by you. From now on, my guests have access to free WiFi. VDSL speed also makes SkyGo possible on your own devices.
The house has a bathroom with shower/WC as well as a television with satellite connection.
After waking up, you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast on the terrace, so you can start your activities strengthened. Enjoy freshly ground BEAN coffee for breakfast. You will be delighted!
There are plenty of parking spaces available. Bikers like to park their motorcycles in the garage.
If the summer warmth takes a while to arrive, the bathroom is equipped with electric underfloor heating. The living room also features modern infrared heaters.
You can use the property to relax, sunbathe, or romp around with the children. Let your children sleep cozily in the tent and listen to the sounds of the night, or, in good weather, gaze at the starry sky and the occasional satellite passing by.
You can also safely store your bicycles in the garage if needed.
After an interesting day in Schönau-Berzdorf, the surrounding area, or at the beach, a grill is available for you in the evening, which you can use as much as you like.

The holiday home is located on a garden property of approx. 2000 m² with plenty of greenery, terrace, and lawn.
It is situated in a residential area on the road to Hutberg. The entire property is at your disposal during your stay. Schönau-Berzdorf is a village with about 1,400 inhabitants, located in the Pließnitz valley with the Hutberg settlement built between 1962 and 1965.

It is about 20 km from the holiday home to Görlitz. Here, a visit to the old town with its many winding alleys and historic houses is worthwhile, as well as the many small and large cafés and restaurants.
Visit the zoo or the natural history museum.
It is about 30 km to Zittau. Here you can take the narrow-gauge railway into the Zittau Mountains.
It is about 50 km to the historic town of Bautzen. The old town with its historic buildings is also worth seeing here. It is 3 km to the bathing beach at the Blue Lagoon.
You can hike or cycle in the forest above the lake or on the Neisse Cycle Path to Zittau or Görlitz.
It is about 8 km to the Polish border and one km more to the first gas station.
You will find shopping opportunities in the supermarkets in the area: Gener-Markt Kiesdorf, Edeka Bernstadt or Görlitz, or on the Polish side at Kaufland and others.
You can get fresh baked goods from the bakery van at the sports field until 9:00 am.

Super vacation
Very nice holiday apartment. We felt very comfortable. It was, of course, much too short as always. The property description says it all. Additionally, there are very good tips from the landlord. All in all, we really enjoyed it and would love to come back again. Thank you for everything.
