Our holiday house is in quite situation in the old part of downtown of Dassel. The house was established 200 years ago on the foundation walls of an old city wall tower and was restored in 2005 completely. Today the house serves three adults and 2 children at maximum. It has a dining-room with chimney oven, a completely furnished kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, a living room, and a new bath with shower. The house in wooden timbered construction is located in a calm side street and has a parking bay beside the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Dassel is located at the edge of the Solling. In summer the forrest calls for long hours of hiking. 400 km of proven Mountainbike trails of different degrees of difficulty invites for biking. In the winter prepared trails for cross country skiing as well as two designated areas for downhill sledge riding are available in 15 minutes distance to the cottage. The city Dassel is at the edge of the low mountain range Solling. The city received 1350 municipal rights and by a stadtmauer was enclosed. The house is in the wall on the foundation one of one of the old town wall towers. Today Dassel is a small pieceful town. Purchase possibilities are present at the place. Small but nice
Extremely well-appointed small gable house, located in a quiet location in the middle of the village. The landlords have thought of everything, the furnishings are well-kept and very cozy.

Absolutely quiet holiday home with historical flair
We spent a few days in the holiday home and were completely satisfied. The house is super furnished and really cosy. It is really quiet and the south terrace is nicely grown in (the picture is a bit older). We hiked all day and then turned on the stove in the evening. Really a relaxing holiday.
