Our holiday villa is located on the southern coast of Sicily in a small town, which is 15 km from the provincial town of Agrigento. About a private dirt road, away from the noise and tourist crowds, surrounded by picturesque olive groves and orchards is our Anwehsen: hir can nature and a beautiful enjoy the sea view.
The villa is suitable for 1-6 people and has three bedrooms, each with double beds, a living room with fireplace, District heating and TV, a kitchen with gas stove, oven and refrigerator and two bathrooms with shower and an outdoor Duche. A washing machine and an iron is available.
There is a large wraparound deck, invite to the sitting areas and lounge chairs for relaxing and sunbathing. Furthermore, on the patio, a barbecue area available.
We are a German family who is always ready with help and advice for their guests. Hospitality is written here GREAT!
The Villa offers in summer and in winter, the best conditions for a relaxing Mediterranean break.

Realmonte is a small town, which is 15 Km from Agrigento and is very popular with tourists. The "Turkish Steps" or "Scala dei Turchi" is the name of the main beach of Realmonte is well-known for its picturesque rocks of white limestone. Unfortunately, unfortunately, construction noise and dog barking detract from the otherwise wonderful ambiance.
The offer excited us very much. A key criterion for booking our 4-week vacation was: The text in the announcement... away from noise, far from tourist hustle... Warm welcome from the landlords, and both are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we experienced nonstop construction noise right from the first day, of course, the people are preparing their houses in the pre-season, and this directly in the surrounding and immediate neighborhood. Lawn trimmer and mower on Sunday in Italy No Problem, in summer definitely less, as there is nothing to mow. However, an additional main problem arose: Dog barking at a distance of approximately 25 meters from the neighboring property, house walls, slope that further amplified the dog barking. Right on the first night, exhausted from the long journey, my wife and I called the landlord, which unfortunately did not resolve the issue of nighttime noise disturbance. Travel time was late February to early March, cold wind, sun already strong. My wife and I unfortunately had a mild bronchitis that worsened extremely and kept us tied to the house, which of course cannot be blamed on the landlord, but exposed us to noise for the entire rental period. Healthy, we could have at least escaped during the day. The landlord graciously waived the usual 20% of the rental period we used, which somewhat balanced out our early return flight. We ended the trip early and were very glad to be back home to recover from it. As mentioned, otherwise definitely highly recommended, and the consolation is then, in Sicilian, at the wrong time in the wrong place...

Dream vacation in Realmonte
We had two wonderful weeks with our 15-year-old son in Anna and Giovanni's dreamy holiday villa. The house and the property are designed with attention to detail, very Mediterranean and stylish. Nothing is missing, and everything is very clean. Realmonte is just a stone's throw away and offers everything for daily life. The beach and wild, romantic coves are also easily accessible. The view is a dream; we will gladly return! Thank you very much to Anna and Giovanni for your kind and helpful hospitality.

2 Months in Paradise
We spent a very nice and relaxing vacation here for two months.
We were picked up by the landlord (Giovanni) at the gas station. On the way to the house, he showed us where to find shopping options such as grocery stores, bakeries, etc. We were told that there is a market in Realmonte every Tuesday. We had a lot of fun shopping at this market every time.
The house is quietly located on a hill next to the village and can only be reached via a small private path. We immediately felt comfortable here. The house has been lovingly prepared and has everything you need to feel comfortable.
The self-built grill also contributed to beautiful evenings.
If a problem had occurred, we could have called at any time and Anna and Giovanni would have taken care of it immediately.
Humanity and hospitality are lived here.
From the terrace, you can see the sea and enjoy the surrounding nature. The beautiful sunsets were also a feast for the eyes. We were allowed to pick fruit from the garden ourselves, such as grapes and rose apples... thank you again for that.
We tried and enjoyed the beaches that were recommended to us.
We can recommend this villa with the best knowledge and conscience!
Little tip: The weather is always beautiful here!
The 2 months passed too quickly.
Anna and Giovanni have become good friends to us!

sicilian paradise
What should I write?
I am still at a loss for words.
The price/performance ratio is right anyway, but it is not the first aspect that comes to mind, which is why I won't go into it any further
It is the flair of this house, which was built with love and passion and stands almost alone on a mountain directly on the Mediterranean Sea, which was apparently built especially for this house

Indescribable.
Pure nature and yet the centre of Realmonte is only a stone's throw away
If a problem should occur (we had none), the obliging landlords will solve it immediately
Humanity and hospitality were probably invented there
The cultural and culinary tips from the landlord are priceless. Thank you very much for this!
The sea there is like something out of a postcard and does not need to hide from Caribbean beaches with its temperatures and sandy beaches
The holiday there was wonderful.
Peace, relaxation, nature and yet there is also action for those who want it. An excursion to Etna is also within reach and should be experienced

Villa Giovanni
Unfortunately, we only spent a "taster week" in Sicily, but thanks to Giovanni's warm introduction, we settled right in. The villa is situated on a hill, which guarantees a wonderful distant view. Our two boys especially liked the spacious property with its "wildlife", because where else can you see such beautiful lizards, geckos and horrors?!
Everything was available in and around the house, nothing was missing. And if there was, then a call to Giovanni would certainly have been enough and it would have been brought over.
